The location is fantastic. Right in the heart of Paris. Steps from the metro and several bus lines.
Our room was on the ground floor with a window to a central air shaft. The window provided a view (both into and out of the room) to the entry corridor of the hotel. The breakfast offered little variety. Although I generally love boutique hotels, there are better ones available in the area and throughout Paris in the same price range.

The hotel is located in the heart of St. Germain area with many restaurants, bars and shops all around. The property is beautiful, our room large and magical with windows and shutters looking into the atrium.
One of the male reception workers was not very friendly (don't have name).
The bathroom shower is a little dangerous as the glass door covers only half of the tub/ shower and swings open, allowing for water to spray out onto the floor.
No hair conditioner provided.

We recently returned from a 7 night stay at Hotel Left Bank. We highly recommend staying here. It is a quaint boutique style hotel. Our room was excellent and had a view of Notre Dame. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was great (we had it every morning). Good food, good value and was something we looked forward to. Its location was fabulous. Right in the heart of St. Germain. 5 minute walk to the Metro, 15 to the banks of the Seine , and we had our choice of countless restaurants, cafes, bakeries and shopping. Endless choices and all good. A terrific week at the Hotel Left Bank.

The location was perfect. for a single woman or two women traveling alone. The metro stop was a half a block away from the hotel. Even at midnight there were plenty of people out. There are lots of restaurants nearby. It was easy to get any where in Paris from the Odeon metro stop.
I wish there could have been a little more storage in the room. The room was small, but adequate, but there was no place to hide our luggage. It wouldn't even fit under the bed. This was only a very small inconvenience.

Breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. It was a great start to the day. The location was absolutely perfect. Bonus was several restaurants, bars, boulangeries and cafes nearby.

We didn’t try the breakfast. The room was much smaller than expected for the price, but it was more than adequate for us. The real value of this room is the location - right in the heart of St Germain, and walking distance to many sites most want to visit.
Room was small, but otherwise excellent. Rooms in Paris need to be small with space being such a premium.

Charming old hotel in great location right next to Procope restaurant and with similar decor. Our room was at the back so completely quiet. Comfy bed. Staff were nice.
Expensive. Mostly American guests.
