The location and boutique style of the hotel was wonderful. Lovely environment.
The fitness room/ gym was a treadmill and very old bike in a corridor with a curtain. The spa/ wellness centre was not really accessible unless you booked a treatment. The staff in the restaurant were slightly rude and not not friendly.

Location is wonderful. nestled in a quiet street but just a few steps (in either direction) to busier areas with lots of shops, restaurants and different metro stations. the room was very specious, clean and with lots of light!
The only thing I'd add as a very minor downside is a) the desk (i traveled for work) is facing a wall. As I had to work quite a lot in the room when I wasn't attending meetings,... it wasn't that nice to look at a wall the whole time. b) even though I had a big room, there was no comfy chair to sit in, read a book and drink a tea. the only option was the bed. I would have wished for a little corner in the room to rest in - other than the workdesk or bed. But those are just minor notes and after all, there is also the lobby where one can work or read a book. There are no toilets though in the lobby (at least non that I could find) so I didn't want to set up shop down there and have to go upstairs to the 6 floor to use the bathroom.

We were upgraded to a suite, which was a fantastic surprise. The room was very spacious and we really enjoyed that luxury. The shower was amazing, with Occitane products. The bedding was luxurious and the space was clean. We found a lot a good places to eat dinner nearby on the boulevard montparnasse.
It was often quite cold. We had to turn up the temperature in the bedroom as there was no coverlet over the duvet. We would have appreciated some cream with our coffee. Also, some of our items weren't replenished, eg the coffee pods and a towel. We didn't try the breakfast as it's overpriced. There are nice places for breakfast around Saint Placide

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the start. Our flight arrived early in the morning, well before check-in, but they let us store our luggage right away so we could explore the neighborhood. As soon as our room was ready, they checked us in and had already placed our bags inside, which was really thoughtful. The location is great. The neighborhood is lively but quiet, with plenty of good food nearby and easy access to several metro lines. Getting around Paris, including trips to places like Gare de l’Est, was very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good amount of space. The bed was especially comfortable, which made it easy to rest after long days out. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, and the provided slippers were a nice touch. We also found a note and a piece of chocolate in the room when we arrived, which made us feel welcomed. The small details were appreciated, like umbrellas available both in the room and in the lobby. The lobby and lounge areas also have a calm, cozy vibe where you can sit and relax.
One thing to keep in mind is that hallway noise can be easy to hear from inside the room when people are talking or rolling their suitcases.
