Great safe location. Numerous restaurants within 5 minutes. Metro close by. Very quiet. We are near the end of a 2 month train journey and this is our favourite hotel by far. Exceptional English speaking staff.
Breakfast very good but not exceptional. Overcooked scrambled eggs.

Great location, close to two metro stops, great cafe’s and creperies, and a little monop. The little side street is quiet at night which is hugely important for me. Incredibly clean. Good breakfast space which you can use to work or read throughout the day. Staff are great.

Spacious room. Quite clean.
Bathtub instead of a shower.
The windows don’t isolate street noise.
Very noisy — you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, both next door and above (for a 4-star hotel, that’s unacceptable — everything was audible).
The staff overall are not at a 4-star level.
Bed linen is of average quality.

I like its modern design, with all necessary appliances provided. Location is close to two train stations, convenient. Staffs are helpful.
The cleaning was not done well on the first day we stay, as we totally stayed 5 days in this property. After communicating with the staff, it became better (the hairs in the bathroom were cleaned). I remember seeing notice in the bathroom saying the sheets were to be renewed every couple days but I didn’t feel like our beddings were renewed during our 5-day stay. I might be wrong but if it would be refreshing bedding that must be wonderful.

The staff were exceptional. We stayed here last minute during a heat wave in Paris and they graciously accommodated us. I was in meetings for much of the time and had to order food for myself on uber eats and although they don’t allow delivery people to come upstairs the staff delivered it to my door so I did not have to step away from work. This was unnecessary but went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

First Charles. Incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating, I arrived early, he offered me a coffee and croissant. Then when I was able to check in, he upgraded my room at no additional cost.
When he was not on duty, Philippine was a delightful, helpful and cheerful front desk manager.
The hotel is lovely, aesthetically pleasing. Great little social area. Good, bar and very quiet. Easy access to all of Paris. I walked and walked.

I think I made a mistake in the booking, we wanted two rooms one with a king and the other with two twins. Front desk corrected my mistake. This hotel is very accommodating to Americans. Everyone spoke good English and the service was very attentive. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk arranged for our transfer back to the airport. Chauffeur arrived early van was clean and comfortable and driver spoke English. We Uber’ed and taxied all around Paris and none of the Ubers we rode in were as nice as the one the hotel arranged for us. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent and the surrounding area is very safe. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good. Super neat and clean. Our suite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
