We arrange through the hotel an airport transfer and VIP arrival arrangements and to our surprise no body showed up at the airport and we had to take two taxies to the hotel and was a bad start to our journey

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Amazing restaurants and worth every moment. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, a real treat!
Lacks a little coziness - lots of mirrors and bling and beautiful design but lacking in warmth. Spa is beautiful and pool is very large but atmosphere is a little cold. In addition and as to be expected the prices are exaggerated.
