The staff were all welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and adequately supplied with amenities like coffee, tea and soaps. The breakfast was nice and I loved the fresh orange juice. Service was exceptional! Close to a metro stop and hundreds of restaurants.
The pillows were kind of hard. Room 401 smelled like smoke. Room 601 was my kids' room and they complained of inadequate wifi, bumping their heads on the wall near the sink because of the angled wall shape.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Relais Halles. With me having a handicap it is so important to be treated with helpfulness and respect. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris as effortless as possible. From the bottom of out hearts - thank you! I also want to add that the location is perfect for visiting Paris.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is superbly located. The metro stop is in sight and a minute walk from the door (this metro runs directly to Gare du Nord).
The hotel is ideal for a weekend city break.
No complaints you wouldn't anticipate - smaller bathrooms but not a problem and a reality of older buildings. Not something to put you off

Perfectly convenient location, charming little hotel, very friendly staff, comfortable room. Also, for fellow Americans used to big beds — this might be the only king bed in France (besides the one for the literal king in Versailles)!

Excellent position - room and bathroom are both bigger than you usually find in Paris - excellent choice of very high quality food for breakfast (highly recommended) - and above all, very kind and professional staff - went out of their way to help me solve a couple of problems.
I liked all of it - I come to Paris quite often and this is the best quality - price ratio so far
