Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean. We had coffee in the room. The shampoo and conditioner was of a nice quality. Room service was very good and had a good selection!

Great location, walk to shopping, restaurants and museums. Wonderful small hotel. Small rooms, beautiful bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub. Located in the 1st district.

The hotel is small and cosy with lots of thoughtful amenities like bathrobes and well equipped toiletries. Great location away from the big crowds but easy to access transport to anywhere.
I like everything thing about the place but it is small and people looking for a hotel with a lot of activity might not like it

Location to city attractions & clean.
Kevin said in writing we could check in one hour earlier but when we arrived, they retracted the offer. A little inconvenient for us. And, it’s on a busy pedestrian cafe/bar street so was loud at night.

The location was perfect. 5 min walk to the metro and the Les Halles Pharmacie where I purchased all my gifts for friends and family. 2 blocks walk and I'm in Le Marias section. 15 min walk to the Louvre. I'd stay here again. They also offer apples by the elevator, which I LOVED! The bathroom was an excellent size with a tub and shower. Knitting kit for emergencies was very helpful as well. The shower was great, excellent water pressure.

This hotel is conveniently located near Malais district. I enjoyed strolling the town. The hotel itself and the room were small and didn’t seem it’s a 4 star property. Staff were somewhat friendly and helpful.
Was not impressed with the lobby settings. It had more like an inn or hostel kinda vibe.

The staff upgraded us to the top room , which was charming, very large, very comfortable, and very quiet. It was the last 3 nights of a long trip, and it was immensely appreciated.
I didn’t particularly like the neighborhood. Too busy and congested.
