Amazing location, great room, super helpful staff and the breakfast was amazing. Will come again and again. We had two rooms both very clean and comfortable beds!

This gorgeous hotel is tucked away in a quiet side street not far from Champs Élysées Ave . It is very clean has comfortable beds & pillows. We were very grateful to be upgraded to a bigger room . Thank you to the lovely gentleman at the reception which we did not get his name. He was kind helpful & made us feel very welcome. All the staff were friendly & always greeted us with a smile . It is within short walking distance to Champs Élysées Ave .
The breakfast was great & we had Tea /Coffee & water & yummy pastries 24/7 down in the main lounge /dining area. I highly recommend staying
at Hǒtel Le Marianne !

Tucked away on a quiet street a stones throw from the Champs-Elysees. This hotel is a gem: quiet, clean, modern, friendly. I couldn’t fault it!

Disappointing Service for the Price (€400+/Night)
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, but the service was far below expectations—especially for a 4-star property charging over €400 per night.
Upon arrival late at night, the front desk staff showed no warmth or willingness to assist. We were simply handed the room key after payment, with no greeting or offer to help with our luggage (we had 2 large suitcases each). When we tried to scan the QR code for Paris tourist maps, the staff rudely accused us of "no right to film anyone," even though we were clearly just scanning the code.
What’s more, when we mentioned that no one even held the door or luggages for us (a basic courtesy), the response was, "This isn’t a 5-star hotel." That’s not an excuse—even budget hotels often provide better hospitality. For this price, we expected at least minimal effort to make guests feel welcome.
The room itself was fine and staff worked during the day were okay, but the lack of basic customer care ruined our first impression. Management should retrain staff on professionalism and guest service.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and I’d like to especially thank Pascal for his outstanding professionalism and kindness. When we mentioned that we chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, he went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. It is a wonderful intimate hotel. The rooms are impeccable, very clean, new and the service is formidable. It is also very well located in a calm street and very close to metro station, restaurants and attractions.

Beautifully styled that’s ANYTHING but “cookie-cutter” seen in many luxury chains. Unique and reflective of someone with great taste and style.
Nothing really negative, maybe the exterior and entrance would benefit from a tiny touch more attention? It’s all great though.
