The beds are comfortable and the rooms beautiful. The location is very convenient and the staff is amazing, especially Jonas!
They seem to be understaffed on housekeeping. The rooms are very clean but the wait was long.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.
We stayed 5 nights and night 3 we noticed mold in the shower. I did not want to have to change rooms and make a demand so I tried to steer clear but was not happy to see that in what i booked as a nice hotel. I did contact the staff after we checked out to let them know because if they do not know, they cannot fix or improve. They did advise that they sent their staff and did see the problem. They apologized but I truly expected a room credit for at least 2 nights since I stayed in the room knowing the problem was there. It did not seem reasonable to have to change room for the last nights of our trip and I was trying to be reasonable. I was disappointed that they did not offer a room credit. Location and staff is great but a hotel this nice should not have mold in the bathroom.

Loved the free coffee / cappacino, etc bar. Not a breakfast eater so we didn't partake. I don't think they serve lunch or dinner, which is smart as there are amazing Paris restaurant all around. The room was not large but it was extremely well designed and furnished, down to beautiful high end fabric and bedding. It was perfect for us, we like a nice sleep and bath, but don't spend a lot of time in the hotel. We travel a lot and I wish all of our accommodations were this well done. We choose this area as it is great for walking, shopping and restaurants, the way you imagine Paris. 10+
No complaints or even suggestions, which is unheard of for us.

Very functional and clean. Good location. Quiet. Very nice and laid back staff. Nice sauna and spa.
Carpeting in the rooms are not ideal. Hardwood floor would be fresher feeling and better for allergies.

The location was great for dining and being not so touristy, but Metro connections thru Republic were a bit complicated.

Lovely design and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was cozy, quiet, and had a large window. Slept well. Felt safe. Close to an amazing bakery!
Shower situation is a bit weird but overall it was OK. The hotel is great and I think most travelers will be happy here. Smaller rooms good for just 1 person or maybe a couple, not 2 friends. If you are 2 friends, get the larger room option. This is true generally in Paris.

The lobby is very nice, and so is the staff at front desk.
The sink was broken for the entire time of the stay. The glass at the shower covers only 1/4 of the tub, so the bathroom got very wet every time I showered. The sheets at the bed could be updated. The curtains feel from the rail.

Wonderful
The staff who checked me in was extremely kind. I speak some French and once he knew that he explained everything in French and then helped with anything I didn't understand. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Though small, the room had everything I needed and the beds were very cozy. I appreciated the location for being off the regular "tourist path". I would definitely stay here again.
