Very charming and comfortable. Fantastic beds and sheets. Free coffee and seltzer at any hour! Have stayed once before, will stay again. Breakfast was typical European hotel breakfast format, but with super high quality pastries, cheeses, fruits, jams.
Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

Staff entered the room every morning at around 9am even when we put the "do not disturb" sign on the door. We would appreciate if more care was taken to check that the sign was there

The climate control was difficult to control and needed a technician to adjust it so that it was comfortable….but to be fair it was an unexpected heat wave

Very pleasant location with many wonderful non-touristy restaurants and cafés, attentive and professional staff, excellent room, and -- it's silly that it made that much a difference to me but it did on hot days in Paris -- free unlimited sparkling water and coffee. Comfortable lobby for relaxing, too.
Rien à signaler -- nothing major to report. I did need to close the windows during the night because Paris is louder than the average city, and police/SAMU sirens are audible all night long. Everything else was great.

The room, while a bit small, was well appointed with nice linens and towels. We liked the location, just outside of the Marais, in a neighborhood that felt less touristy.

Excellent, helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast -- a good variety of hot and cold items. I really appreciated the 24x7 coffee, tea, and still or sparkling water. A great location if one takes the metro to get around.
No recommendations for improvement. My room was consistent with the photos and description on the website. The hotel staff was extremely helpful.

In the Marais, short walk from lots of shopping, bars, restaurants. Boutique hotel so rooms were on the smaller side, but very well decorated. Also, small gym on the lower level, with complimentary access to the sauna and steam room. Staff was kind and helpful.

The service was good. Staff was good. Location is nice, restaurant around the hotel. Good area. They upgraded us to a superior room.
The facilities in the bathroom were not present, like coton tige and other. Breakfast can be better for what you pay. The boutique hotel is overpriced for what they offer.

The staff were super nice and accommodating! The room was spacious for Paris -and super clean- and I felt safe at the neighborhood. There is everything you need at the room and there was a coffee machine at the hotel which was nice too.
The elevator was not working which might be an inconvenience for some people but I didn’t mind it

The staff was very friendly. Our room was small by American standards, but it was clean and updated. It was beautiful. The rain shower was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the comforter was fabulous. I would definitely stay again. I loved the proximity to the metro. It was fabulous.
