In the Marais, short walk from lots of shopping, bars, restaurants. Boutique hotel so rooms were on the smaller side, but very well decorated. Also, small gym on the lower level, with complimentary access to the sauna and steam room. Staff was kind and helpful.

The service was good. Staff was good. Location is nice, restaurant around the hotel. Good area. They upgraded us to a superior room.
The facilities in the bathroom were not present, like coton tige and other. Breakfast can be better for what you pay. The boutique hotel is overpriced for what they offer.

The staff were super nice and accommodating! The room was spacious for Paris -and super clean- and I felt safe at the neighborhood. There is everything you need at the room and there was a coffee machine at the hotel which was nice too.
The elevator was not working which might be an inconvenience for some people but I didn’t mind it

The staff was very friendly. Our room was small by American standards, but it was clean and updated. It was beautiful. The rain shower was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable and the comforter was fabulous. I would definitely stay again. I loved the proximity to the metro. It was fabulous.

Very pleasant stay, property, staff and breakfast.
We were charged an extra city/tourist tax upon arrival that was not made clear through booking.com. It was disappointing to have that added at check in, when we had selected the option to fully prepay before arriving. Booking.com or the property should have made that more clear.

The breakfast was outstanding! Great selection of cheeses, meats, eggs, sausage and ham if you like. Wonderful bread, butter and jam! Juice selection, whatever kind of coffee you like, and tea. Great location! Great neighborhood, and easy to walk to metro (a block away), and to the different museums, monuments and arrondissements. Staff are lovely! Oh, forgot they have small workout room, and a hammam! This was our 2nd time staying here! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Our room this time was on the side street that had a little more noise at night. Of course we had our window open at night, because we like it really cool in the room for sleeping. Rooms are not big, but in Paris we are not there to spend a lot of time in the hotel room.

They seem to be understaffed on housekeeping. The rooms are very clean but the wait was long.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.
We stayed 5 nights and night 3 we noticed mold in the shower. I did not want to have to change rooms and make a demand so I tried to steer clear but was not happy to see that in what i booked as a nice hotel. I did contact the staff after we checked out to let them know because if they do not know, they cannot fix or improve. They did advise that they sent their staff and did see the problem. They apologized but I truly expected a room credit for at least 2 nights since I stayed in the room knowing the problem was there. It did not seem reasonable to have to change room for the last nights of our trip and I was trying to be reasonable. I was disappointed that they did not offer a room credit. Location and staff is great but a hotel this nice should not have mold in the bathroom.
