The breakfast was outstanding! Great selection of cheeses, meats, eggs, sausage and ham if you like. Wonderful bread, butter and jam! Juice selection, whatever kind of coffee you like, and tea. Great location! Great neighborhood, and easy to walk to metro (a block away), and to the different museums, monuments and arrondissements. Staff are lovely! Oh, forgot they have small workout room, and a hammam! This was our 2nd time staying here! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Our room this time was on the side street that had a little more noise at night. Of course we had our window open at night, because we like it really cool in the room for sleeping. Rooms are not big, but in Paris we are not there to spend a lot of time in the hotel room.

Excelkent location for major railway station but still walkable to centre. Quiet street. Warm welcome and lovely decoration throughout.
We were supposedly upgraded to a better room but I doubt it. We were on the very top floor. 5 floors by lift and then one floor up with rickety staircase. Avoid room 601. Tiny bathroom: two people won’t fit in.

Friendly accomidating staff, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, very quiet and clean. Location very good next to metro stop and many eateries
We had a little trouble regulating heat so were a bit too warm at first but got better with time.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. Everyone is friendly. The rooms are clean, enough space and nice towels. The lobby is a quiet space to have some extra room with good facilities (drinks etc) . The location is totally great; 11th arrondissement being upcoming with lots of undiscovered bars and shops. Great stay
The sauna is available upon request thus requires some planning. Gym is good for one to two persons. They were redecorating the stares.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms beautiful. The location is very convenient and the staff is amazing, especially Jonas!
They seem to be understaffed on housekeeping. The rooms are very clean but the wait was long.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.
We stayed 5 nights and night 3 we noticed mold in the shower. I did not want to have to change rooms and make a demand so I tried to steer clear but was not happy to see that in what i booked as a nice hotel. I did contact the staff after we checked out to let them know because if they do not know, they cannot fix or improve. They did advise that they sent their staff and did see the problem. They apologized but I truly expected a room credit for at least 2 nights since I stayed in the room knowing the problem was there. It did not seem reasonable to have to change room for the last nights of our trip and I was trying to be reasonable. I was disappointed that they did not offer a room credit. Location and staff is great but a hotel this nice should not have mold in the bathroom.
