Our room was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The location was great for dining and being not so touristy, but Metro connections thru Republic were a bit complicated.

The staff was very pleasant and accomodating.
We stayed 5 nights and night 3 we noticed mold in the shower. I did not want to have to change rooms and make a demand so I tried to steer clear but was not happy to see that in what i booked as a nice hotel. I did contact the staff after we checked out to let them know because if they do not know, they cannot fix or improve. They did advise that they sent their staff and did see the problem. They apologized but I truly expected a room credit for at least 2 nights since I stayed in the room knowing the problem was there. It did not seem reasonable to have to change room for the last nights of our trip and I was trying to be reasonable. I was disappointed that they did not offer a room credit. Location and staff is great but a hotel this nice should not have mold in the bathroom.

The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was a good size and well equipped with Nuxe toiletries and the location was ideal.
We needed to cancel one night of our two night stay due to a flight issue and this wasn’t agreed. So we paid one night for the price of two!

Lovely design and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room was cozy, quiet, and had a large window. Slept well. Felt safe. Close to an amazing bakery!
Shower situation is a bit weird but overall it was OK. The hotel is great and I think most travelers will be happy here. Smaller rooms good for just 1 person or maybe a couple, not 2 friends. If you are 2 friends, get the larger room option. This is true generally in Paris.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms beautiful. The location is very convenient and the staff is amazing, especially Jonas!
They seem to be understaffed on housekeeping. The rooms are very clean but the wait was long.

I was traveling alone for work and enjoyed the hotel very much. The staff was helpful and kind. A coffee machine is available in the lobby 24/7. There is also a sauna, but I have not used it. Very nice breakfast - nothing was missing. Although it is a small hotel, you won't miss anything. Location is amazing - three minutes walk from the Marais and several metro lines that take you anywhere you want. Excellent wi-fi. Great bed and silent room - I slept like a baby.
The room was excellent for me, but it might be tight for two. Then again, all Parisian hotels are like that.

Our room had double doors separating the hallway from the bedroom and it was very quiet;
We didn’t like the fact that toilette and the bathroom are separated, and after using the first you have to go to the second to wash your hands. It would be more convenient if there was a small washbasin in the WC.
