In a 1870s building, this hotel is in the 9th district of Paris. Decorated in Belle Epoque style, it has a 24-hour front desk. Saint-Lazare Train Station is just 375 yards away and Opéra Garnier and the Grands Magasins are both less than half a mile away. All the soundproof rooms at Hôtel Langlois are uniquely decorated and have individual air conditioning. Wonderful
If you ever wanted to experience how it would feel to have a well to de Parisian great aunt who in the city centre, this is the perfect place for it. The room was cozy decorated with old furniture my grandmother loved, the bed was the most comfortable I had in a hotel, the towels were perfectly fluffy. The decor was historical and very beautiful. Also the location was excelent with matre connection, and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions.
As this is an old house, there are natural features that come with it, creacking floors, water moving in pipes, rooms being a bit darker when the sun is not out. For me these added to the charm of the place, but if you do not carry an earplug, this could get uncomfortable.

Very comfortable beds and lovely fluffy towels. Instant hot water. Very friendly reception, always manned. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere.
Bedrooms were very dated. Corridor carpet needs replacing

The building was beautiful and well maintained. Room was very charming, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a lovely view over the street where you could see the tower of the St. Trinité. Staff all very warm and welcoming. Location was great with metro/train stations and bus stops close by.
Not many electric sockets at convenient spots, but managed to get by after moving around a couple of things, so not a big issue.

Excellent location, friendly staff, artistic hospital with Parisian air. Full breakfast and aesthetic environment.
The room of the breakfast was small and could not fit us all on time.

Location is very good, as well as the room size.
A bit disappointing breakfast buffet. Only egg option was cold (!), very hard boiled eggs, no scrambled, fried or at least warm boiled eggs. Fruit salad was partially “fresh”, partially canned, and a bit fizzy. So therefore not an option either. Filling up the breakfast buffet during our 4 day stay was not an option on 3 days - when something was empty, it stayed empty.

It was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. There was an elevator that made it easy to get luggage up and down.
Not all the outlets worked in the room to charge phones or make coffee.

Size of the rooms. Quietness although some rumbling from line 12 on the lower floors. Location.
Breakfast room was a bit small. Didn't bother us because we went early but quite a few people had to queue.
