The hotel was lovely, the staff wonderful. The location and room size was great.
I was woken up a lot by noise from the interconnecting room next door and noises in the corridor at 5am which wasnt great for a 5 star hotel. The french breakfast that they made for me gluten free which was 22 Euros literally consisted of a tiny pan au chocolate, a tiny croissant and 1 cold bread roll. This wasnt really up to standard and I would have expected a bit more to eat for that price. Also the room didnt have a full length mirror anywhere and the hotel room hairdryer was so weak it was unusable. Although they had a dyson to borrow if it was available which helped.

The location is beautiful, the staff is wonderful in dealing and helping and all the servants, the cleanliness of the rooms and the service is excellent, as is the hospitality.

The little details to make our stay extra special as we were celebrating a big birthday and wedding anniversary, room upgraded with a view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur and Champagne and balloons and sweet treats in the room were a lovely surprise. Thank you
Everything was lovely, the breakfast package options were a little confusing as booking.com said one thing but the options available in the restaurant were different and the options available in the reception seemed different again.
