“I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a mixed experience. While the hotel itself was nice, I encountered an issue at check-in. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was a discrepancy in my booking as I had originally reserved for four people, but we were five (including my 12-year-old daughter). Unfortunately, the staff member( Nani )was not helpful or respectful and did not try to resolve the issue, which led to a frustrating experience. I hope the hotel can improve their customer service in the future.

Really comfy bed. Excellent shower. Very quiet room. Great location. Fabulous staff.
We couldn't stream to the enormous TV, but we probably could have asked for a device to enable this (we didn't ask).
