The rooms have zero sound proofing and you can hear every single noise coming from neighboring rooms, from corridors and from housekeeping noise, it was unbearable. The basic of any hotel stay is to be able to sleep, before luxury or before service, the first step is to be able to sleep and for 9 nights that was impossible as noise starts at 6am !!! We changed the rooms but no change

“I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris and had a mixed experience. While the hotel itself was nice, I encountered an issue at check-in. My flight was delayed, and when I arrived, there was a discrepancy in my booking as I had originally reserved for four people, but we were five (including my 12-year-old daughter). Unfortunately, the staff member( Nani )was not helpful or respectful and did not try to resolve the issue, which led to a frustrating experience. I hope the hotel can improve their customer service in the future.
