Great location, staff were very friendly and helpful
The rooms are not sound proof at all. Can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you. Not noisy from the street though. A bit of mould in the bathrooms.

clean hotel, simple and functional rooms, easy check in. Good quiet location walking distance from Montparnasse railway station and Edgar Quinet (with pleasant nightlife)
just a small detail : the hotel only provides 1 key per room, I would have preferred 1 key per guest sharing the room

Mold everywhere
Caused me stress upon arrival by blocking the amount for the first night as a safety deposit then asked me to pay again.
Everything was returned from the deposit but it was just stressful as here on booking it was showing as unapproved.

Quiet location close to the train station. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast. The air conditioning and hot water worked nicely.
During tourist season all the prices are higher. So, it was a bit pricey for a tight little room without a view. It had a small window to a ventilation shaft.
