Very Poor
you get a view of the Eiffel Tower - however with terrible management that worked at this place - did not complement the views - the hotel is fine - the management would be better suited for another position anywhere outside of hospitality.
the upper management was such a jerk - very rude with his presence that we were treated unwelcomed- while I refuse to allow a person to ruin my experience - felt uncomfortable they required that we book at another hotel for them to honor our booking

My only complaint: when I travel, I like to keep up with world news so I watch BBC. All TV channels were in French and local...no BBC or CNN International.

Good location, room was clean. Great view of the Eiffel tower out the side of the balcony.
Receptionist lady was not very helpful and came across rude. Insisted we had to pay by credit card but not via pay pass even though the hotel had a pay pass terminal (my physical credit card had been stolen during my trip). This is despite everywhere else in Paris (and all through Europe!) accepting pay pass. She did not offer any suggestions. She would not accept my friend's debit card for payment. I ended up using a business card believing it was a credit card (but it was actually also a debit card) and surprise, payment went through.

- If you get the full Eiffel Tower view rooms, the view is unbeatable. It was amazing to wake up with seeing Eiffel Tower from your bed. - Superb breakfast. Really loved the variety in breakfast (which you can get in the room to have with the view) and the quality of the food + available drinks in the mini bar. - Clean rooms & comfy bed and comfy bathrobes provided for extra comfort. - Hairdryer & iron in the room, umbrellas available in lobby for daily use. - Front desk staff was kind, friendly and helpful at all times. We were very happy with them
- There is NO SPACE to put your stuff in the bathroom. Just a giant sink with no side counter, which is problematic for travellers with toiletries, perfumes, make up, even toothpaste. I had to put my curling iron and hairdryer on the floor daily while working with it, cause there was literally not an inch of counter space next to the sink (and only mirror is there). I hope they renovate the rooms, it's a huge design mistake that really annoyed me. - For the front Eiffel Tower view rooms, I get that they sell the view, but we found the price too high for the comfort compared to other properties in Paris that we stayed, I would expect the rooms to be more luxurious and larger for the price they charge. Hardly any space to open up the luggages.

Its comfortable.
Staff is rude. They charged me earlier when I arrived in Paris. The day I checked in, they told me will have to take my credit card for pre authorisation. Remember pre authorisation, I was shocked the amount is Euro 500+ but thats okay as he told me that was a pre authorisation. I was there for few nights still and found out I have been charged for 2 times, as the reception said will be returned and I see nth from my credit card and has been charged. Contacted them and they argue with me saying that is a normal thing that they charged on the card when I arrived! Then what is the point you charged me ahead! And the point is you are misleading and I need to bare the currency difference and also credit card surcharge!
