We loved the friendly staff. The hotel had a beautiful yet comfortable atmosphere and smelt lovely. It was perfect. The location was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel staff were excellent! From the moment we arrived, Manuela and Parah made a great first impression,so warm and welcoming.
The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable, and elegantly designed.

The breakfast was good, the hotel location was also very good. The check in agent was the only member of the staff that was not welcoming, everybody else in the hotel did a great job.

We had the most fantastic stay here. The staff were wonderful- so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The moment we arrived we were being helped with our bags through the door and this level of service was maintained throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself and the rooms and facilities were stunning, exactly like the photos, if not better. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite from an executive room. The hotel is very close to the arc de triomphe and champs-elysees (a few minutes walk away), a supermarket was about 1min around the corner, most attractions and sightseeing spots were within 30mins walk, otherwise the metro was very close by too. Would happily recommend this hotel to others. No downsides only positives to report. Thank you Hotel Keppler.

Hotel is walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Arc Du Triomphe, and even to the Louvre and Notre Dame. The hotel was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious.
