Part of a hotel group, so you have access to other hotels facilities nearby. Coffee and tea with snacks available all afternoon and evening in the dining area. The Metro is less than 5 minutes walk or a taxi can be ordered in Reception. Have already recommended it to friends visiting Paris later this month.

Disappointing
The bottom floor was very nice and clean. The manager of the properly was amazing. The manager was super kind and was helpful when I presented my concerns to her and was able to give me all the information needed for my case.
Well, the property and the bottom floor was amazing. The clean people left the bedding on the stairs. Switch looked on, kept my room, was not clean to the stands that I would hope so, and the receptionist may very taste jokes.

Great location, walking dostance to Montmarte, close to metro station. Very good breakfast and open bar during the day. I would chose it again!

Great location for exploring central and northern Paris. Friendly staff, especially the breakfast team.
Overall a good place to stay and I guess by Paris standards a fair price. The complimentary snacks and soft drinks were appreciated, however, we asked for sugar free drinks as one of our party is an insulin dependent diabetic but they just said they couldn't supply these and there was a shop around the corner. Somewhat disappointing for a 3 star hotel which promotes its meeting all its guests needs.

The hotel location was very good, there were different restaurant options for eating in the area and it was very close to the metro. The room size was very good compared to the Paris average, the staff was attentive, the cleaning was excellent.

The lift was tiny only for 2 people. The toilet was easily blocked. Breakfast basic but pleasant.

Breakfast is nice, and so is the fact that there's free coffee and tea and little snacks all day.
The location works well, there are plenty of Metro stops nearby and we walked to Galeries Lafayette, the Orangerie and the Opera Garnier. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and a couple of bakeries within a 10 min walk.
A shower curtain that allows you to shower without getting water all over the bathroom ;-)

Nice, clean and quiet place in the middle of a big city. Stuff is very helpful and kind. I loved the snacks and tea - available throughout a day
I was a bit surprise by the minimal bathroom amenities for a 3-star hotel - just a wall-mounted shower gel and integrated soap, with no extras like a shower cap, which I would have expected at this price point.
