Very well situated. Friendly staff and the open cafe/snack bar that was available during the day a great extra!
I wish the double room size was slightly bigger. It was a bit small for 2 people traveling with luggage. But still hotel rooms in Paris are small.

Decor was humorous and unusual. Size of rooms were comfortable. Location was good for getting to the metropolitan. Breakfast was plentiful and there were snacks available at all times. Staff were friendly.
Location was near loud nightlife spots but not too bothersome. Par for the course for Paris. The pillows on the bed were hard and uncomfortable. If you use a washcloth, bring your own as none of the hotels we stayed at in France, had them. That

Location was central, very close to the metro, still hotel's street was not noisy at all. The room we were given on the top floor was very comfortable for two people, conveniently equipped, full of natural light and clean. Greatly appreciated also the beverage and snacks 24-hr stand in the lobby, as well as the water bottles refill every day in our room's fridge.
Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff made all the difference. It’s a nice hotel in a great location, rooms pretty average for the price - clean and comfy - but the staff were all lovely. Breakfast was good, recommended, with snacks and drinks offered throughout the day was a big bonus. I’d not hesitate to recommend Hotel Joke to anyone visiting Paris.

Staff excellent - very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. At the end of my stay they said I had to pay for my breakfasts (which I was convinced were included in my booking but turned out it weren’t) and staff very kindly only charged me for one breakfast despite me having had breakfast twice. I was also given a bottle of water at checkout.
Location - you can walk almost everywhere. Great location. Also very close to numerous metro stations as well as bus stops.
Quietness - I didn’t hear any noise from outside at all, but I was on the 4th floor. It was at times a bit noisy in the corridor when people were going in-out of their rooms but nothing I was particularly bothered by.
Mini bar - free water bottles (2 small), juice (1), Pepsi (1) and sparkling water (1) refilled every day. This was a great perk in my opinion! Although could’ve done with sugar free options (being diabetic I couldn’t drink the Pepsi or juice but I guess maybe most people would prefer with sugar?).
Shower/bathroom - really nice and good water pressure. Didn’t mind the bath/hair gel (one and same for both). My hair didn’t look greasy at all 2 days after wash?!
Free snack - free snack and hot drink every afternoon between 2-8pm. This was another great perk! Not only at the hotel, but also at the other Paris hotels in the chain, which meant another 8(?) hotels across Paris. With the key card you were also given a map of where these hotels were.
Luggage storage - no issues leaving your luggage before check in or after checkout.
Safety box - safety box free to use in the hotel room.
State of the room - The rooms look very worn, especially the carpeted floors which really don’t look good (very faded). Just in general to have carpeted floors in a hotel I find a bit gross. Means the cleaner will only vacuum the floor in between guests as can’t mop.
Cleaning - The cleaning was not great. Found hair on my bed and the beddings had spots on them (more than one!) which raised concerns and I was a bit grossed out about this. As I have a severe phobia and fright for bed bugs it made me really scared (but there were no bed bugs thankfully - this hotel chain has however had bed bugs in 2 of the other Paris hotels according to google reviews and it’s likely the sheets are washed in the same place and shared between the hotels). The cleaner made the bed daily but did not change the sheets (I knew that for a fact due to the spots being in the same location every day).
Mini fridge - the mini fridge is not a fridge at all I’d say; it’s not cold at all. Would’ve been nice with a proper mini fridge.

All the staff we interacted with were very helpful.
The building has been recently renovated, and the rooms were well equipped—everything was thoughtfully designed and fully functional. The beds were as chosen during the reservation and both were spacious and very comfortable.
A nice touch was the free minibar (with water and soft drinks), complemented by free snacks available in the lobby during the afternoon.
The breakfast was excellent for the price. It might not be varied enough for a longer stay, but we all found something to our taste.
The location is also very good—right in (or very close to) Montmartre, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and good access to public transportation.
Not a big issue: one of the rooms was on the smaller side (but perfectly normal for Paris). The other room was kindly upgraded for free and was very spacious, although we personally didn’t love the toilet being separate from the bathroom.
