Very good location.
The room was very small with carpet. The shower was incredibly hard to use due to its small dimensions. During the night, at 4 am the next-door guests were partying loudly, I tried to call the front desk but the phone in my room wasn't working so I had to deal with the problem myself and bang on their door and ask to keep quiet.

The location and the people are amazing.
My baggage was delayed and the reception helped me to call the airline.
They even helped us to call for big taxi to accommodate our luggages and wheelchair to the airport.
The location is also near shopping areas and nice eateries.
The room aircon is quite warm.

Good location near Opera, but like most of Paris horribly overpriced.
Lift button broken on level 4. Room key never worked! Every day when returned to room, had to go down and get cards reactivated (never kept near any other magnetic pass!!!). Overpriced/bad value. (Like most of Paris for what you get).

great location, friendly staff, bed was very comfy, good size room, wifi was OK.
breakfast was a little expensive for what was on offer. toast bread had mould (which we pointed out and whole loaf was removed and replaced with a fresh loaf), cappucino tasted of chocolate.

Very standard. Nothing great. For the price you can get far better in any other city.
Bit smelly and dirty and the staff did not seem to care at all about you.

The location was perfect, many subway stations and bus stops close to the hotel. The room had a good size and a frigobar, which was very useful.
Shower could be larger.
