Welcome and service. Nothing was too much trouble. Provided assistance in where to catch trains, what to see, where to eat etc.

I liked the very friendly staff, and the location. Everyone was super service minded and helped us with everything we asked for. We also like the location which is very residential, so you feel pretty much at home.

Location, location, LOCATION! Walking distance from many sights! Lots of eateries and cafes nearby, clean rooms, friendly staff!
Rooms were super small, beds were worn, carpet was old and worn (I wore shoes outside of the bed), elevator takes you to 1/2 floors so you either have to walk up or down stairs with luggage to get to the room.

The rooms are clean, noise-free and spacious enough. The hotel is close to the metro station and the bus stop for Bouveais airport, which was extremely useful for us. The staff is very friendly and did everything to make our stay pleasant. It happened that the elevator was not working, which is obviously a rarity and a coincidence. The hotel staff helped us with our luggage and did everything to ensure that it did not affect our stay.

Cosy and very good location. Nice view of traditional balconies in Paris. Only a 15 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe.

Staffs were very welcoming and warm.
The location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to famous arc de triomphe
Lots of restaurants are around
2 minutes walk to the nearest RER (line C) and metro station (Neuilly - Porte Maillot) from where you can get to the eiffel tower in 15 minutes
