The room was a good size and generally comfortable. Most of the staff were warm and welcoming, with the exception of the woman who checked me in. Her attitude fluctuated between polite and dismissive, and she seemed inconvenienced by even the simplest questions. There was an air of entitlement that felt out of place in a customer-facing role—I would expect a more consistently professional approach in the service industry.
The shower was equipped with a curtain instead of a proper door, which significantly diminished the overall experience. The curtain clung uncomfortably to the body while showering and restricted the available space. I eventually resorted to leaving it open just to avoid the discomfort, which unfortunately left the entire bathroom soaked. It’s a simple issue to address—please consider replacing it with a proper shower screen.

Location, very quiet hotel. The kettle/tea facilities was great in the room.

Excellent position and very clean
Credit card was blocked with almost the whole value of the stay. Then we had to pay again total amount, and the pre-booked amount was released back to the credit card several days later. The release of this money later on is very disappointing.
