Extremely kind and helpful staff. Model room with all the basics and nice shower with separate WC. We had a last minute booking and there was an issue with booking.com system, which they kindly and efficiently managed.
AC runs a bit loud but nothing unbearable.

The room itself was ok. There was space enough to move the luggages. The staff were also accommodating.
There were a few things: 1. There is no fridge in the rooms, so we could not chill the wine or water. The staff did however help keep my butter/cheese in their refrigerator for me till my flight home. 2. The location was a nightmare when you take uber or rideshare, because the drivers won't come or stop on the main roads in & around the hotel. 3. The area we were in didn't feel safe enough, especially after evening hours. 4. It was right opposite the train station, but too far from most attractions.

50m from the main entrance to the Garre do Nord which meant we were only exposed to the rather interesting night life of the area for a few moments. The accommodation is fitted out to a very high standard and very comfortable.

Location and staff were great. Had a Balcony room overlooking Gare Du Nord. Comfortable bed , great shower room. We arranged to leave luggage as we went to Versaille for 3 nights. Arrived back early, 11.30am, but gave us a room immediately. Fantastic service.
As this is an older hotel , but very comfortably remodelled lift is older and smaller, so squeezy for luggage. A small issue.

Room was a great layout. Plenty of space small balcony and easy access to lift. Very easy access to Gare du Nord , literally just across the road. Close and handy food outlets as well as at location. We are going back in 3 days.

The hotel was really lovely, maintained well and clean. Breakfast was great. Easy access to public transport making the stay in Paris easy to navigate. Staff were helpful.
Out the front of the hotel in the evenings we didn’t feel comfortable leaving.
