Friendly & warm staff , great check in & help with info of Le Marais neighborhood. Ample breakfast , clean and warm hotel with an interesting history behind it. Room service provided which was a relief especially after a hectic day out. Hotel very nicely refurbished.
Got upgraded due to a slight issue with original room . New room though larger had a separate WC with no water connections which made it a bit inconvenient to constantly keep going back & forth to wash hands especially at night. Rest every thing was perfect.

My companion and I received a really warm welcome by the staff. Our room was clean, modern and very well organised. The shower room was modern, clean and well equipped. The gym, steam room and bar were an added bonus.
It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in our room and to have been better information about the metro to enable us to reach the main tourist attractions more easily.

Delightful boutique hotel. Highly professional and attentive reception staff. Comfortable lounge area with 24 hour tea and coffee bar and honesty bar. Modern and well appointed room with comfortable bed. Pristine cleanliness. Very good breakfast with continental and cooked options. Convenient location a 5 minute walk to Metro and with good restaurant and bar options on the street. I'm looking forward to returning!

The Hotel has a culture and a "vibe" that is quite unique and really enjoyable and relaxing. The staff are are extremely helpful and efficient, but in a way that matches and does not upset the culture. I travel a lot, I have VIP status with global hotel brands. Good as they are they cannot match the culture, ethos and feel of Hotel Fabric.
The availability of coffee and the honesty bar just reinforce the culture, which is unique.
We will stay here on our next trip to Paris.
Because we like our fitness I would have asked for 20-30kg dumbbells in the gym. However, that really is a petty point and their absence did not take away from the family's enjoyment one little bit.

Nicely renovated, cosy breakfast / bar area. Non-touristy location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tiny thing but don’t like fluffy towel in communal bathroom/toilet - should be hand dryer or disposable towels.
Bigger variety of fruit at breakfast- bananas should be standard
