Breakfast was exceptional
The room wasn't attended daily - first day it was without us putting sign on door (to a very high standard). The second day I did put sign on door saying "Now" but it was missed. Reception arranged to sort new towels & bins were emptied. Just a little inconvenient when a room isn't cleaned missed.

Staff were super friendly. I could check in at 12!
I didn’t like that coffee machine and kettle were only available at lobby and not each room.
I also didn’t like the design of the room especially the wardrobe which was basically a box

Comfortable quiet room. Nicely presented hotel.Good breakfast choices. Good location for the metro, only a 5 min walk. Polite friendly staff. Lights on bathroom tiles are a nice decorative touch.

Great location in a quiet street with cafe's and restaurants. The design of the hotel was interesting, giving off a modern industrial vibe. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The room was quite small, but to be honest everything met our expectations.

Having had some experience with Paris hotels, I was pleasantly surprised - this is indeed a really nice hotel. The staff was polite, pleasant and attentive, we've been upgraded to a better room and overall communication was satisfactory. I would gladly come again and recommend the hotel to my friends.
Just small inconveniences for sensitive people:
- Too warm winter blankets (it was around 26C at the beginning of September), and they didn't have light blankets. The staff gave us sheets as a substitute, which is ok, but still not quite comfortable.
- I would not recommend staying at the rooms facing the street on a weekend as it gets quite loud outside in the evening (a lot of bars in the immediate neighborhood).
- The cleaning personnel started working too early for my sleeping needs (before 9 am), and the sounds from the corridor are very loud (including the guests talking, slamming doors etc, earplugs don't help). In other words, a common sitiation for any hotel, alas... It seems all hotels in the world made a secret pact to install anti-soundproofing/slamming doors :)
- Free tea and cakes in the lobby is a very nice idea, but I would prefer having a kettle in the room (as usual) and drinking tea comfortably in bed in the morning or in the evening when I am tired - without the necessity of getting dressed and running up and down to fetch a tea.

This hotel was in a trendy neighborhood and not super expensive, so I didn't come in expecting super luxury, even though it was 4*. But this place really feels luxe. The front desk was friendly, and the lobby was a big selling point: large, with free coffee, water, and madeline cookies. It was a nice place to come back to after walking around the city and rehydrate or recaffeinate before heading back up to the room. The hotel also had a gym and steam room in the basement: while small, the gym was nice.
The room itself was very large by Parisian hotel standards, and also very nicely equipped with high
ceilings, a nice bathroom, and interesting art.

The Hotel is in a great location for exploring Paris while feeling like a local. The room was spacious for Paris and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful.
