Very stylish, clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and location was great. Nice honesty bar facility in the evening. Didnt eat breakfast there, but it looked like a nice selection. Booking a slot in the steam room at the end of each day in the city was a nice treat.

A fabulous welcome set the tone for a great stay at this old factory which had been tastefully converted into a boutique hotel in a quiet corner of Paris.
The staff were so helpful..especially with personal eating out suggestions and a list of places to try.
A relaxing lounge with free coffee and lovely little cakes made you feel at home away from the hustle and bustle.
But the hotel is only a few hundred yards away from three metro stations to whisk you into the centre in minutes. Perfect for a city break.
The bedroom was modern with a high ceiling, comfortable bed and good shower.
The breakfast looked a little bit boring. Better to grab a free coffee and head out to the many patisseries and cafes just round the corner on Rue Oberkampf.

Fabric is a charming property in a great location. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The soaring windows of the former fabric factory give the rooms a great sense of space and light. Breakfast is very well done and plentiful. The gym has all the essential equipment. There’s also a hamamn (steam room) which can be reserved and that’s a great treat after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The neighborhood has some great restaurants and shopping in the Marais is just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Lovely location in a more local, less touristy area. The street is quiet and has several interesting shops, cafes, bars and quality restaurants. I can highly recommend the small restaurant Lissit (advance reservations required), which was our best meal in Paris. There is excellent access to several metro lines, and it is easy to walk to the Marais. There are noticeably less tourists in this area than in more central Paris locations, which in my opinion is a very good thing. The area felt very safe and quite buzzy in the evenings, with Parisians visiting the local bars and restaurants.
Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable, quiet and above-average size for Paris. We had a great night's sleep here. The hotel has all the facilities you would expect, including a front desk, lift, toiletries in the bathroom and free hot drinks available in the lobby. There is also a gym and a hammam, but we didn't use these during our stay. Thank you Hotel Fabric. If we visit Paris again we would love to stay with you.
I wouldn't normally choose to purchase a hotel breakfast, especially in France, but it was included in our rate, and it was much better than I expected. I would have preferred full-size pastries instead of mini ones, and a more interesting selection of fresh fruit. The coffee machine was perfectly fine and easy to use, but again, I would have preferred a cafetiere of fresh coffee. This really is a minor point, and generally, the breakfast exceeded my expectations for a Parisian hotel.

The hotel in a lively and beautiful location. There are many cafes and restaurants around. Breakfast is above French standards. The 24-hour tea/coffee bar in the lobby is a huge plus. The rooms are clean and spacious by Parisian standards. The staff is wonderful, very helpful, and friendly.
The hotel is located somewhat outside of the touristy Paris area. Even though you can reach it by metro, this is still a disadvantage.
We requested a quiet room, but the street noise in the morning was still disturbing. Rooms overlooking the inner courtyard might be better.
