Nabil, the receptionist was extremely sweet and facilitated our check in near midnight as we arrived late. He also went out of his way to help with parking
At our check out, I was stunned with the gentleman at the reception he saw us with a little baby and a pregnant wife and asked me to take the trolley myself to carry the luggage. Never experienced such a thing. Ruined our stay and experience

Everything, actually, it was one of my best times well spent in Paris. It was my first trip to Paris and thanks to the lovely staff there I got the chance to fall in love with Paris and think about coming again.
I’d also like to give a special thank you to the receptionist who registered our check-in (long dark hair & glasses). I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and she set the tone for a great stay.

Nuage was located in a very convenient location close to the Champs Elysees. It felt was cozy and comfortable to moment you walked into the hotel. The lobby area had a couches and a small bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the top floor room with the balcony which was nice feature to our trip in Paris. We received some complimentary macarons which made us feel welcome.
For the price of stay, the room was small.

Perfect location, very safe and quiet room, its super comfortable and very attentive staff. So close to local shops but also tourist attractions.
There’s no water provided in the room, not a big deal but a carafe would be good for a refill downstairs of a free refill. Small things.

What you would expect from a boutique hotel. Modern, warm and welcoming staff. Main drawback was room size. Very small. We were traveling through Europe for 12 days and could not fit the two of us and our suitcases. We were there for two night so we managed. If you you’re there for a short stay or don’t have a lot of items you’ll enjoy the Nuage. Camille at the front desk was an amazing help!!!
