For me the price was high compare to the over all facilities and services. Moreover, I have booked a crib for my 18 month daughter, but they did not check the booking and of course no crib was ready. At first, the receptionist told me that I did not book, then she checked the booking again and she saw it was there, she just said sorry that her colleague did not see and they did not have any crib available now. If someone has a small child like that will understand how inconvenient if you have your child in the bed without any protection. That means whole night we couldn't sleep well because we were worry that the child could fall from the bed.

The location
The bathroom was too small. The water leaked onto the floor and the shower floor was uneven. There were no shelves in the shower to put soap and shampoo on. You had to put everything on the floor. Sink area had no room. You could hear in the rooms next door.

Great location. Close to a lot of spots.
There were definitely some flaws. For example the lights didnt work so they had to come fix it. Apparently there was some water leakage happening underneath. Room was not worth what was paid for it.

The staff was very rude , we had inconvenient with the entry card holder as it was broken so the light of the room wouldn’t turn on , they couldn’t fix it, they didn’t want to change our room and for an entire day tried to fix it and couldn’t so ended up putting tape on it and it kept turning on and of, which was very uncomfortable but most of all the concierge was extremely rude, and unhelpful and kept arguing that she couldn’t do anything about it and for us not to talk her because that was time wasted instead of spending that time taping down the thing.

Quite and in the middle of all the sight seeing locations. Close to restaurants and very well situated .
The property was fine, the shower in our room was old and rusty and the bed was very hard from what we are used to . Those would be my only two comments.

The location. Loads of places nearby to get a drink and eat. It was generally quiet and check in was smooth yet a little impersonal/cold.
Attention to detail or lack thereof. Nespresso machine was moldy, no pods. I had to beg staff repeatedly for pods. I need a coffee when I wake up. Overnight staff not professional. Told me, "I don't drink coffee". I said, "I don't care, bc I do!" Shower heads were covered in mineral build up so they sprayed uneven until I scrubbed them clean. Only hotel during our travels that had no bidet! Lighting sucks too! Lucky location tho

Exceptional
The location to and from the Metro was wonderful! I took the metro (RER B—blue in color) from CDG to the Chatelet Les Halles stop, and when I stepped out, it was approximately a 3-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk to Notre Dame. There is an Italian restaurant (Casanova) down the street and a bakery (Paris Baguette). It's not necessarily the least expensive hotel, but its location and the helpfulness of the staff are wonderful! When I was in Paris last, in Mid-August, it was during an extreme heat wave. The lobby and my room had air conditioning which made made stay extremely comfortable. This will ALWAYS be my primary Hotel in Paris when I visit.

The room is a bit small and in the attic so the ceiling is inclined and makes the room even smaller.
The price is very high for such a room.
Cleaning was skipped in my room one day.

Breakfast was 42 euros for packaged garbage. We passed on that.
Pull out couch was a thin mattress and a lot of wood slats underneath. Would not call that a bed.

Great lighting; comfortable bed, very clean. The location is good for restaurants and convenience to get to sites. The staff was very helpful whenever I had a question.
