The location is really convenient, just 5 mins to walk to the Eiffel Tower, the metro station is also just in front.
We were back to the hotel at around 08-09 PM in 2 evenings and the door was always locked, we had to call the reception inside, the bad thing was we nearly got attacked by the thieves right in front of the hotel door, it would be much better if they did not lock the door all the time like that.

Daytime staff were fantastic, very helpful and understanding. No noise or disturbance despite being next door to the metro...
Weak shower, bath needs work. Evening staff weren't too sure.

Adding breakfast in stay was awfull idea waste of money,it was quite a small room,they dont give even water to drink,nothing is good about that hotel.will not stay there ever.

Great Hotel in front of underground/metro Bir Hakeim, within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower! Excellent staff, especially Wilfred! (He's the Best)

Nothing. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
AVOID THIS HOTEL.The pictures are not exactly what you witness. The hotel is super expensive for what it offers. Everything is old. The reception is a tiny area. The hallways smell bad. The room smells horrible. The bed is dirty. The walls are dirty. The floor is horrible. The bathroom is horrible. The breakfast is disgusting and it is held in the underground area. I have been to multiple countries, all over europe and in the middle east and visited many hotels in my life. This one rates the poorest most expensive experience i have ever witnessed. They have a cat in the hotel probably to kill rats or mice. The worst thing is that i had to pay 40 euros to park the car in the pullman hotel!!!!!

A small hotel but perfect for a holiday. 10 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower. The staff was very attentive, profesional and friendly. The star of the place was a lovely cat which we found out that is leaving there

Hotel was located near the attraction sites like the Eiffel Tower and there was a lot of nearby restaurants.
There was no parking to check in, we always had to ring the bell to get in the hotel, room was too small for my family. We had little to no room. It didn’t look like the ones on the picture when we were looking up places to stay.

Disappointing
The location. About a 15min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English.
Rooms are very small and loud. Air conditioning did not work. So the room was very hot.
