It’s located in the heart of many shops and local restaurants. Just less than 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower
It was obnoxiously noisy. Not sure if the laundry man fights with his tools each time he comes. My room was directly above his workshop and I heard him as soon as he walks in at 1 am, dragging the dumpster, and clattering on metals for a whole 3 hours. I complained to the receptionist in the morning 2 days after my stay and was told that he should not be very noisy. I confronted him myself at 1:45 am of my last night to express my frustration but that didn’t change much until I walked down stairs to talk to another receptionist that was on duty.

The hotel was located close to the Eiffel Tower and a big bus stop which was a plus.
Very noisy hotel. I did not like the fact that rooms were outside so sound bounced around in the courtyard. Better options around the area to stay in than here. Also, breakfast was meh.

The location was great. The staff were amazing and friendly, except the one male who tended to work nights.
The rooms were tiny. I had to put my suitcase in the bathroom. There was barely enough room to open the door. The shower leaked everywhere even when using the handheld option instead of the raindrop. The breakfast was sparse. It was nice that they had some drinks and snacks available in the afternoon. The staff were excellent except for the one male who worked evenings/weekend nights.

Location, near to Eiffel tower! Staff was very friendly, receptionist on the arrival gave to kids some colors and books to draw as well the next day another receptionist named Farina helped me with printing a document.
The family room was just horrible, on the ground floor, nothing to was shown in the pictures. I felt very unsafe sleeping in that room as it was ground floor, the door was in windows and it was not closing from the inside. It did not seem like hotel room at all!

Location was perfect, lot of restaurants nearby, breakfast was worth the money. Bathroom was clean and nice. View from the window was acceptable.
Noise isolation in the room was absent. You could hear neighbors talking, not to mention their other activities. Room was extremely small. Shower door could have been more water-proof. One morning dude who was in charge of breakfast underperformed really bad, but that was an exclusion as other mornings were perfect.

Location, location, location...
Too pricey for an old building with too small rooms (cramped-up albeit renovated bathroom). Definitely not a value for money. Hardly a room for 2 large pieces of luggage? & to move about at the same time. The closet is just like a janitors closet for cleaning supplies... $100 per night would be a fair price even for considering the location.

We arrived close to midnight and left at 6:30 the next morning, so I don't have a lot of knowledge about the place. The room was smaller than US standards, but had the basics. The bed was comfortable, there was air conditioning, and hot water in the shower.
The bathroom was small, which was expected, but there was no place to hang a towel. The toilet paper holder was falling off and the sink did not drain well.

Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Only about 10 minutes to walk to the Eiffel Tower! The staff was great and informative for anything we needed. We loved that we arrived early and they still allowed us to check-in. We had to check out but still had hours to explore before heading to our next destination and they let us store our luggage, which was very helpful!

Short walk to Eiffel tower, restaurants. Nice breakfast option (complimentary due to renovations). Host team was wonderful (Thank you Stephan, Thomas, Camara, and Fania).
No complaints. For some, the room may be small but it was perfect for us 3 adults and luggage.

Looked good on photos but that's about it. Horrible customer experience otherwise. This hotel cancelled on us but still charged my credit card for two nights stay. It's been over a month that I'm trying to get a refund.
I generally stay away from giving bad reviews but this experience was so bad that I hope no one will have to go through what we went through. To start with; I booked this expensive hotel to celebrate our 6th year anniversary with my wife after quite a bit of searching. Everything looked great until we arrived to Paris. The day we landed, tired from overnight flight, first thing we find out once we turned on our phones on is that this hotel CANCELLED ON US. The hotel that they talk to as a replacement for us didn't really know we were coming (bad communication on the part of Eiffel Rive Gauche). It is only by pure luck that the replacement hotel had 1 room available when we arrived. We took it, paid directly to the replacement hotel for 2 night stay and thought that was it; we'll cut our losses and just celebrate our anniversary; which we did :) But, problems with Eiffel Rive Gauche did not end there. When I got my next credit card statement, they STILL CHARGED my credit card for 2 nights even though it was them who have cancelled our room!!! Thinking it was an easy fix, I've contacted the hotel and asked for a refund... Long story short, after few weeks they have simply stopped responding to my messages and NO REFUND. Meanwhile my credit card charge (and now accumulating interest) is still there. This is almost the worst experience I had on Booking.com platform in 10+ years. How do you rate a hotel property that cancelled on you (we also found that out on the day of arrival!), took your money anyways and instead of refunding you just ignore your messages? I think that deserves a rating of 0 (but this rating scale only starts at 1). D&D

It's conveniently near the Eiffel tower and all spots and has Air conditioning!
Lots of construction materials by our path to our room door. Very small bathroom. Parking is challenging and access to the hotel can be a challenge at times since it's a one way street and cannot get through with cars and delivery trucks constantly blocking the road.

The location of the property is really nice. It’s around a lot of easy to reach places with walking. And the Metro was so close by.
Under construction which they did not say when I booked. We heard people working on the building all night. Rooms are extremely small.

Only a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Across the street from the Tower is a hop on hop off water bus that does a loop that stops at some of the major sites like Notre Dame and the Louve. Lots of restaurants near the hotel.Breakfast was fine.
