Bed was super comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a pool, which is amazing. Two elevators are available as well. The decor of the place is really beautiful.
The soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. It is awful.

Smell of chlorine at reception because access door to pool is left open. Pool is clean but in need of TLC. Not many restaurants around.

Brilliant location with lovely local shops and cafes within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and very close to a metro. Beautiful room and the spa was ideal to relax after a long day sightseeing.

Only downside, no bar in the evening.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities in a very nice area. Great pool and spa. Very efficient room cleaning. Very comfortable beds. Nice staff.
The mirrors on the side of the pool perhaps need replacing. The water could be free I think rather than charged. We did not opt for breakfast as a little pricey.
