Large heap of laundry bags blocking staircase, which would prevented less able people to use the stairs in the event of a fire.

The breakfast was good, with a lot of choice. Scrambled eggs were genuinely good, nice and silky with nice crisp bacon to match. The room was stunning, and we were able to gently hear the music from our suite balcony on the Saturday evening.
Nothing, the staff were amazing, super friendly and welcoming.

The location was excellent. Central Montmartre but off the main street on a quiet side street.
Rooms are not large, but then it is Paris and the room was above average in size.

Perfect location and the decor and theme of the hotel was really cool.
The room we were assigned was awful. It was right off the lobby on the ground floor. You could hear everything in the lobby, bar, and restaurant all at once. It was also along a hallway to the garden so constant traffic from the lobby to the garden where they stored cleaning supplies and a mattress. The charging port on one side of the bed was broken so I didn’t have an outlet to charge my phone.

Great location and hotel design, frienďy staff, clean.
Room was a bit small, as a taller person I almost didnt fit into shower under showerhead and was hitting elbows almost everywhere ? Also just a stool and not a full chair in the room wasnt enough for casually putting clothes away. Room had a closet but half of it was filled with minibar, kettle or other appliances.

Location, very clean and high end finishes and decor/design.
Rooms are small which is to be expected but we couldn’t even put our suitcase open it had to be on the bed. The key situation is challenging as they like you to leave it with them as you leave. Easier to hold onto but i understand to not lose.
The elevator was broken and the stairs are so steep and narrow. Hard for my older mom to navigate that. Made for a lot of stairs. We had them get our luggage down for us but a cluster. Also upon checkout they tried to charge me for one room but i had already paid for the two i booked over a month ago. Took extra time and didn’t have time for that with airport van coming. Finally they realized i only owed service fee of 80 euro but orginally said i owed 368 euros. Not sure what happened there. Also i booked two city views that i see on my booking but didnt get that.

We had a wonderful stay and was excited to stay in an area of Paris that I have never explored. The restaurant next door Abraba was the best meal I have ever had. The staff at reception were amazing, helpful and met all our needs with a smile. We felt very safe and enjoyed how eclectic the hotel was. Would definitely come back.
The shower door didn't close well so there was always a large puddle of water on the floor.

Staff greeted me at door in English, were able to accommodate an early check in. Staff, lobby, location and room were all excellent. “My wish was their command” atmosphere. Half block to great shopping and restaurants.

Gorgeous hotel in the middle of Montmartre. We had the duplex room which had a little sun facing balcony. Comfy beds, included robes & slippers in the bathroom. Loved our stay! The staff were super lovely & helpful
The only thing for us was the shower over the bath, but really not a big deal

Such a beautiful hotel in the best location - walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The staff were so friendly and we loved the garden view from our room. You can tell they’ve really thought of every detail. We can’t wait to come back!
Make sure you also try the Adraba restaurant directly next door - mind blowing!
