Wonderful
Trendy and clean interior
The location was a bit off from closest tram and metro lines. But as the weather was fine we walked to the city center and enjoyed the neighbourhood.

Staff very polite and helpful.
The room is surprisingly small - if you are a tall person or I think a couple you might find it difficult to navigate around the room. There is no safe and no fridge - tbh for such a high overall standard room (although small) I expected that.
I would recommend staying here - sure they have bigger rooms too!
A very nice breakfast well balance and the hostess lady (wearing a scarf) was very polite and very attentive. The Indian looking gentleman, and young lady Loryanne at the reception were very kind and helpful to me.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was very clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing in Paris.
The reception staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm welcome and excellent service made us feel valued as guests.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!

This hotel is very cute and extremely family friendly. My son is afraid of elevators so he had fun going up and down the spiral staircase. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They were all very nice! I also loved all the indoor plants.
We also liked the neighborhood and being next to a park. This is not a very touristy area but it is relatively close to everything. Even though it was really hot, we walked, took the bus and metro, and only when we were very tired, we took Uber.

Its design and decorations is beautiful!
The room, although it was a bit small, was so charming, with a beautiful view of a piece of the neighbourhood mixed with the green plants.
Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful, and nobody switched to English when I spoke French (with an accent) to them.
Room was comfortable
The room is a bit small, if you have big bags might be a problem. For 2 nights and small suitcases it was ok for us.
And the bathroom too, although super cute, lacks hangers for the towels, which I had to hang on anything for it to dry.
Location wise, the closest metro station is 14min walk, I didn’t check this before. But there are bus stops right beside.

Front office staff were brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful and improved the whole experience.
Room was Clean, with good airconditioning.
Area was quiet and peaceful which i liked after touring the city.
Rooms were small for my liking but understand this is usual for Paris and the price range.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, which is a huge plus when you are traveling with a toddler. Room was big enough for Paris standards. Breakfast had a good variety and the food quality was really good

Just the perfect hotel. 10/10 for the very friendly and helpfull staff. We booked the Deluxe room and it was such a large room with a big bed d great bathroom with all facilities.

Hotel was clean and well presented for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Plenty of cafes, shops and bars around. We walked to the Eiffel Tower in less than an hour

Wonderful
First of all, the staff were awesome: friendly, polite, and very helpful. The room was wonderful. Cosy, stylish, and just the right size for two people. There was free coffee and a carbonated water machine in the lobby, as well as a variety of board games for rainy evenings. The location was also great, within walking distance of both bus stops and metro stations.
There was no shoehorn in the room, could you please fix that? :(
Also, our towels did not have loops and kept falling off the round hooks mounted on the bathroom door. It may not sound like a big issue, but it was quite inconvenient. Perhaps the hooks could be replaced with a different model?
I would personally prefer scrambled eggs for breakfast, but otherwise the breakfast was good!
