Location, comfortable bed, helpful lift/elevator.
Very little place to put clothing. Very small shower. Some information about things in the area would have been helpful. We found a fantastic bakery with exceptional croissants, but only on our last day…and it was 3 minutes from the hotel!

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful. Can’t say enough about them!!! We didn’t opt for the breakfast but still we went down every morning and they gave us made to order coffee with hot milk. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and modern. Convenient location.

We stayed here for a full week and had a consistent, great experience on a daily basis. The room was lovely, large by Paris standards. Every Staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly and communicated well in English, the breakfast was superb. And the location is perfect.
Can't think of anything of, I suppose the bed could have been a little bit softer, but we slept well and were comfortable.

People should be aware rooms and beds are small by American standards. My husband complained that the bed was too hard, I thought it was ok but one of the two pillows driven was too hard.

Good and quiet location Comfy beds, firm mattress. Breakfast tasty. Nice lounge for guests with comfy sofas. Receptionists mainly good and friendly. House cleaning good. Very prompt reply to correspondence.
Ok, there were issues with our room, specifically a mismatch between the photos shown on Booking.com and the actuality, especially with regard to windows, views etc. Also severe issues with the taxi booking to get to CDG airport. However, I received a full apology from the hotel and a recompense.
Suggest you look very carefully at which room you are booking, and liaise with the hotel in advance to ensure you are happy. Book your own taxi (Bolt is in Paris), or there is a taxi rank about 200m away which has early morning taxis available. Be aware that the lift only goes up to level 5, so if you have a room on the 6th floor you will have to climb some stairs.

Our room on our first 4 days was great. We felt like we were in Cinderellas room, way up in the attic. It was large and very comfortable. The second stay was for one night and the room was adequate.
The matrass in the first 4 night's stay could be turned as it was very unshaped on the sides, and you could feel the dip in the middle.

Very clean. Room was nice and comfortable. Great location. Walkable to most of the main attractions of Paris. The staff were always super friendly, accommodating and helpful. They also helped us navigate our way around Paris and were happy to do it. They always made us feel very welcome.
We have nothing negative to say about the property.
