The location was perfect for us, and the rooms were small but comfortable. The highlight was the warm hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. Yana and Nila made us feel truly welcome, and Svitlana and Yana were attentive at breakfast and accommodated our quirky coffee requests with a smile.

Breakfast at the hotel is simple, clean, presentable, and delicious. The most important part is that it is ready at 7:15 every morning. Most of the places to have breakfast around the area are closed. It was extremely comfortable to have breakfast at the hotel.
Location was another wonderful thing about this hotel. Bus, train, metro, all the public transportation is around the block. Latin Quarter is a safe place. We didn't have any surprise, any inconvenient at all.
Every single staff member at the hotel is deeply professional, extremely polite and all of them are ready to help in any question or matter.
We stayed on the first floor, we didn't use the elevator a lot, which is a bit small with a capacity for 250lb.
We highly recommend this hotel. Till next time!

The location of this property is great - everything is very walkable. There are metro stations and lots of sites close by. There are also several great eating and shopping places nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was pretty quiet throughout the night as well. Staff was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book here again.

The hotel and staff are amazing!! The location is perfect for walking everywhere and the staff especially Eric who was always willing to give directions!! Svetlanas breakfast was delicious and her fresh baked treats were the highlight!
Nothing beds are very comfortable!!

the small choice in breakfast, not having slippers in the room, the room number 10 in the ground floor shouldn't be given to any guest as the kitchen and people eating breakfast starting 6am are very loud with plates sounds super bothering. 2 nights for 600$ in a room like this isn't ok, the staff was nice to move me for the second day to another room. As for the bathroom the water going everywhere when showering isn't ok. so this room number 10 shouldn't be given to anyone.

The staff, especially Nils, were truly helpful and accommodating all week. We stayed for 8 days and each member of the team here was friendly, accessible and helpful with every question we had. I would recommend as the location is fantastic and accessible to metro and many sites in the Latin quarter.
The only thing is the small rooms but all rooms are small in Paris and we were prepared for that. They will also let you store your bags downstairs if you need to, which is a plus!

Top notch, very friendly staff, cozy lobby area, very clean rooms, handy location. Always felt safe. Medical clinic right next door. Front desk staff went out of their way to retrieve an item mistakenly left behind and get it back to us!
As a 5’ 6” average sized adult, I feel like the bathroom would be a tight squeeze for tall or more robust individuals. The bathroom was very clean and bright, but also extremely small.

The hotel is in a vibrant, safe, and welcoming location in the heart of the academic Left Bank, perfect as a base to explore all of the city. Easy access to the Metro, with so many landmarks within a 15 minute walk. Do not miss the Luxembourg Gardens!
The hotel is charming, modern, and very clean. The breakfast is delicious with something for all palates--- an ideal way to energize for a day of exploration. The staff speaks English and extremely competent. Truly they are "White Knights" who can help with any need.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful. Loved the location and the breakfast. The hotel made it a point to emphasize that the rooms were small however, I felt they were more than adequate. I would encourage other travelers to get the breakfast option. My only regret is I wish I had splurged on a room with a view as our faced the inner area. Bonus was the dining area was below so I woke to the smell of croissants each morning.

Amazing location, safe, and conveniently located next to so many shops and restaurants. Aesthetic view from the window. Nice assortment of amenities. Towel heater. Very quirky hotel, medieval themed decor with a spiral staircase. Staff was super friendly and nice. We were greeted with cute snacks and handwritten welcome card arranged on the bed was a nice touch from Yana! Umbrella available to all guests at no cost (very useful for February rain)
Old school key. You need to return & retrieve your room key from the receptionist each time you leave or enter the hotel. Wasn’t a big deal but sometimes you don’t feel like interacting with anyone (something to note for my fellow introverts) . Another note, our hotel room was right next to the elevator, so every morning or night when other guests would use the elevator, you can hear the elevator door bang and it really disturbed our sleep as light sleepers. TV and shower is a bit small (not a deal breaker)
