The staff was wonderful. All of them had great attitudes and were there to make sure our stay was wonderful. Room was comfortable and cozy. Location was the best as we were going to Musse d'Orsay. Thanks
We couldn't figure out the heating system. Room was too warm. That was our problem. We should have been able to figure it out.

The location of this hotel was superb for Left Bank exploration, but also near the Seine for strolling the bridges for the full experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we needed to confirm a restaurant reservation for Valentine's Day. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends that want to explore Paris!

Wonderful
Smallish , intimate hotel with Friendly and very helpful staff at reception. We loved the location near the pedestrian bridge over the Seine with a short walk to the Louvre. We liked the restaurants nearby and the Hôtel breakfast was very good. Close to metro station.
If anyone has a problem with steps they should check with the hotel that their room is level with the elevator. Our room was a few steps down which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for someone else

The hotel is in an excellent location. Close to everything, walking distance and metro. The hotel was very quiet.We had a very nice room and it was always kept clean.

Hotel D'Orsay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The junior suite was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Perfect for a mom and 2 teenage daughters. The location was ideal. The street was very quiet, yet there were all sorts of shops, restaurants, etc just a block or 2 away. Additionally, the location allowed us to walk to nearly everything we wanted to do.

It was a nice boutique hotel. Location was very good. Across the Seine from the Louvre and Gardens. Close to the Seine River Dinner/Lunch cruise. Walking distance to the Musée D’Orsay which was the most beautiful museum! Walking distance to the Musee L’Orangerie as well. The paid breakfast was good and well worth the money since there weren’t many restaurants to walk to. It was convenient every morning to walk downstairs and eat. The breakfast consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage, ham and other meats. An assortment of juices, coffee, hot chocolate and tea. Croissants and breakfast breads with jellies and jams. Fresh fruits, granola and yogurt was available too.
We didn’t need two rooms. The larger room we booked could have easily been for 4 people - King bed and pull-out sofa for our girls. We would’ve saved thousands of dollars on our trip. We were told online when we booked the rooms that we needed two rooms for 4 people. Couldn’t change the reservation because we already booked the rooms ahead of time. When we arrived we went to the rooms and the first thing I said was we didn’t need two rooms. Our King room was over the door at the entrance and on the main road. You could hear people beside you and above you. It was noisy - don’t book room 12 unless this is the only room available. The other room was spacious and quiet, but had no view, but was better for sleeping. Our mattress was really hard and uncomfortable.

The check in process what amazing - the staff was fantastic - and the room what adorable, comfortable and added a little magic to our trip! Great location in middle of all the things to walk to.
Wish parking was available right there - but not the most important piece.

The concierge girl didn't welcome us appropriately during welcome entry morning, travelling after thousands of miles distance and when I asked for a such small thing as a sandwich during an open breakfast time they were so happy not to provide when ask and to step aside with no reason in fact...

Excellent hotel in almost every respect. Wonderful staff, extremely helpful. Had stayed here 20+ years ago on several occasions, and the location is perfect (and the introduction of air conditioning is welcome!).
Plumbing is in excellent condition to the eye, but having a tub these days wasn't what we were expecting (as the general trends are towards walk-in showers). Also, tub water temperature significantly affected by turning on a tap on the sink. These are very minor and only slightly affect my recommendation.
I am also unsure of the value of our stay, relative to other hotels in the area; it was expensive but otherwise without fault.
