So nice 3 minutes walk from train station . Staff really nice help me with the luggage as there is no lift. Halal food just nearby. Wifi fast and clean

Hotel and area was depressing in a side street with graffitti on the hotel and surrounding area. The stairs were steep and awkwardly shaped which made it difficult for my partner to walk up and down. The room was stark and stark and felt uncared for. The ambiance just felt uncomfortable. We quickly decided to book another hotel without even staying there as we just did not feel comfortable there. We did ask for a refund but none was forthcoming.

Welcoming, kind staff. We had an illness situation, and they accommodated us in our needs. Very clean. Change of towels and quick cleaning/bed making every day. Perfect location being close to the metro.
It tends to get noisy at night in the weekend. A small fridge in the room would have been good as well.

I liked the location outside of all the tourist sites. Yet it is near Pere Lachaise Cemetery. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was clean and quiet.

The staff was super friendly! They noticed I was trying to practice my french so they talked slowly and asked if I understood what they were saying. Also when we asked where we could charge our Navigo Cards, they offered to walk us to the station. Great location! Super connected, not dangerous at all and if you like nightlife there are a lot of bars nearby.
I feel like it could have better circulation of air. It smelled a bit humid. When we got in we opened every window a bit and after a while it started to air out more

The reception team are amazing, helpful enough to walk us to the best local restaurant in Paris, after our late afternoon arrival.

Bathroom and shower were clean and the view was nice for Paris. Staff was friendly. About 30-40 minutes walk to some Paris main attractions.
Of course the narrow circular staircase is long, but this is Europe so it’s normal.

friendly hosts, they also gave us free breakfast even though it was not in the description of the hotel. great location, shops and restaurants around the hotel, metro in front of the accommodation

The place is a 5-10min walk from metro and bus stops which is the biggest plus. The room was overall comfortable, a bit plane but good enough for a short stay with little time in the hotel. The staff were helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel before check in and after check out. The bathroom is a good size.
No lift available, therefore would be difficult to navigate the narrow stairs with a big luggage. No shower gel provided. You can hear what is going on above and in same floor.
