Staff and location and breakfast was very good
Our room was so small no room for suitcases , no room for a small chair, barely enough room to walk around bed… note: only use for ONE person.

This hotel was lovely.
It was nicely appointed, clean, and quiet.
In fact, I doubted it was fully booked and surprised upon checkout to learn that only one room was available.
The location directly across from the Pantheon was very convenient-- nearby public transit, Luxembourg Gardens, and nice cafes.
Fresh towels and beds made each day.
Very nice breakfast we enjoyed when we had a very early day, but we had our coffee and croissants at a neighborhood cafe every other morning morning.
Staff and management could have been more pleasant and accommodating.
Highly recommend and would return
The only thing I didn't like is that I had to leave.

The location is absolutely unbeatable, we walked everywhere and had a lovely view of the Pantheon. The rooms are everything one would hope for when visiting Paris - typically french with beautiful decorations and a lot of detail. Our balcony was such a bonus and added so much to our experience. We would come back in a heart beat and never stay anywhere else.

The location of the hotel was excellent — very safe and calm, which I really appreciated.
It’s not very close to the metro, so you need to walk a bit, but the area itself is great.
The staff were excellent: friendly and helpful.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, however the bathroom could be cleaner and the water drainage wasn’t working properly, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location is amazing. The front desk is very friendly.
The hotel had a strange smell. Once I walked into the room its was pretty obvious what it was. Animal urine. It was really gross. Do not buy the breakfast buffet. They didn’t have a wide selection and there are plenty of bakeries near by.

The location was ideal, and the hospitality staff were professional, responsive, and gracious. Our room, including the salle de bain, the bed, and the view of the Pantheon, were terrific.
Breakfast included some items -- such as cut-up fruit -- that did not seem fresh. We would have appreciated more fruit options. Otherwise, the baked items, juice, and yogurt, were well done, and the server did a lovely job attending to us.

The breakfast is served from 7-11am in the stone basement with a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Very moody. Along with the pastries and baguettes, there is regular sliced bread and a toaster. There was yoghurt with fruit, but also compote of stewed apple. American coffee is served as well as espesso. Eggs, sausage and bacon are served but don't want to have a late breakfast as the cooked items tend to run out. Very tasting and intimate.
There wasn't anything we didn't didn't like. The staff are so down to earth and easy to talk to and helpful. What's not to like??

Great location and the staff was warm and welcoming. The bathroom was exceptional. I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. I was surprised by the amount of closet/storage space. I was able to put everything away out of my line or sight.
Nothing really. The only minor issue was that the safe was on the floor of the closet. It would be easier for those with limited mobility I.e. knee replacements if the safe was at a more accessible level. But again so minor.

The hotel's location, across the street from the Pantheon, is absolutely perfect for public transportation -- close to both RER, Metro and multiple bus lines. Reception is lovely and efficient. The rooms tend to be on the smaller side, and in our room, the heat did not work, which was unfortunate, as it was very cold. However, they were able to provide us with a very efficient space heater which heated the room up very well, and we were quite happy! We were also very happy to have a desk at which to work, as my husband had a lot of work to do! Thank you so much!
Unfortunate that the heat didn't work. My husband thinks the fan needed repair, but we were provided with a very efficient space heater, which worked to perfection, and we really appreciated their prompt response to the problem!

Great location near sites & good restaurants. Beautiful furnishings & decor. Wonderful breakfast & the breakfast staff is amazing!
Beds were too low & very hard. Pillows were flat. Shower allowed water to splash out. There was a lot of noise from work or something in the next room plus noise from everyone coming & going. One day there was no hot water. There was a staff member who opened the door without knocking every day around 2 to see if the room had been cleaned.

Breakfast was delicious in a very quaint restaurant.
View of the Pantheon from our room was amazing and neighbourhood was excellent to walk around with good restaurants, Notre Dame and RER train station close by. Room was surprisingly quiet at night and we loved its decor and character. Beds very comfortable. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
