The hotel's level of service was superior from once we booked until we checked out. They were able to offer guidance before we arrived and handled reservations for restaurants and touring while in Paris. Our room was available upon an early check in which was a bonus. The room was lovely with very tall ceilings and balcony doors to a terrace. The restaurant and bar also had excellent service and food.
We loved everything about this hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Paris.

The rooms are very cutely decorated, the staff was AMAZING, the rooms were quiet, breakfast room service was great, restaurant and rooftop bar was great, bed and pillows were comfortable, room temperature was nice

Very Poor
Despite some communication errors and poor management the first stay was relatively pleasant as they worked to rectify the issues.
The second stay was zero stars.
Won’t be back.
Front desk is cold, rude, and unfriendly.
The only friendly staff were the porters of the hotel and the bartenders at Shed and Shell. (All very kind and pleasant)
The room was tiny compared to last visit despite it being the same reservation type. I had to repeatedly ask for simple amenities. There was a belligerent staff member that I repeatedly encountered. They didn’t help with luggage and the checkout was ridiculous bc of the very inept front desk person.
It’s all unfortunate bc this place is very cute.
Service and hospitality mean much more.

We had a lovely time at the GB experimental! The property was so smart and stylish with some excellent dining and drinking spots all within the property. Not to mention the area was superb. It was so convenient and so close to so many great places.
Honestly couldn’t say anything bad about the experimental.

Really great boutique hotel! It’s about a 15 minute walk from most of the sightseeing parts i.e. Louvre, Notre Dame, and further from the Eiffel Tower. If you’re not looking to be around those too much, this is a great place to stay. This location is around a lot of restaurants and shops, and very convenient to the metro too. I’d also flag the room (Classic Double) comes with a lot of amenities, but pretty minimal in space. It worked perfectly for me as a solo traveler.

The staff were very friendly and happy. The rooms were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. We had a bath tub, shower, terrace and 2 wash basins. I think we were upgraded to the best room in the property. The rooftop bar was buzzy and chic and the breakfast was perfect. Thank you very much Fanny for taking such good care of us

Lovely oasis on a busy boulevard. Near to many restaurants and a Metro. Great restaurant in a charming courtyard and roof bar. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Charming balcony!
Just a couple of streets from prettier parts of Paris. Local scene is a younger vibe with some busy pubs.

Overall, the stay was alright. However, I don’t think it offers good value for money location and interior design wise. We were given a room on the top floor with an inclined roof, which significantly reduced usable space and made the room feel cramped. There was also no full-length mirror, and the lighting in the bathroom was poor — definitely not ideal for doing makeup. A few small changes could make the experience much more comfortable.

Location on one of the Grands Boulevards is perfect for sightseeing and nearby there is a lively quartier for eating and shopping.
The hotel has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and the staff are great. The room was very quiet with comfortable bed and decent pillows (very important for me). We loved the rooftop bar and the glass-covered atrium restaurant.
