Staff was wonderful
Shower was no curtian or glass had to take sponge bath. Breakfast was just OK but clean and staff for breakfast was GREAT

Good location. Clean. Late check out avaialble (for €50). Breakfast adequate but nothing more.
Very small dark room with only window overlooking an internal light well and fire escape. How this qualifies as a 4 star hotel is beyond me: it would barely qualify as a 3 star in other places.

It’s a clean place in a great location! Breakfast is decent too.
The lift is very small- fits 3 pax. So you will need several trips up and down the lift to transport your luggage to and from your room. It’s a minor inconvenience though.

Fantastic location, so close to Chatelet Metro station and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Also easy walking distance to Louvre and Notre Dame etc.
Staff were awesome, especially Dehbia, who made us very welcome and was very accommodating and friendly.
Rooms are small but that's quite standard for Paris I think. Room was very clean and serviced well daily.
Breakfast was great.

And the wifi was almost unusable.

Location was great. Staff were really helpful. Breakfast was good.
Rooms were very small for the price. First room did not have shower. Moved to another room, still small, but with shower. However, plug in sink was jammed. Manageress moved us to a Junior Suite at no extra cost, which was much better. If we had had the Junior Suite from the start, we could not complain.

the location in the pedestrian area, with plenty restaurants and terraces, and next a major subway hub, is superb.

windows are reasonably sound-tight.
room and bathroom are cramped, like a lot in down town Paris.

Wonderful
- The rooms were comfortable and convenient for 2 people.
- The breakfast buffet was great and had a variety of continental/cooked options. Including a wide range of teas/coffees and cakes/breads. I really liked the fact that it had an underground feel to it!
- The location was ideal, and very easy to access the nearby metro.
-The showerhead in the bathroom was not fixed to a stand, therefore I had to hold it manually which was not convenient, so not very ideal.
- The corridors did not have much space, and it felt a little pokey inside.
