The receptionist could not get hold of the taxi we ordered the night before. Had to run for half an hour to reach the train at Gare de Lyon!

I spent almost an hour and a half trapped on their elevator between floors. I managed to text my friend who was in the room to let the front desk know. When the technician arrived he said hed only been called twenty or so minutes ago. Im likely going to miss my flight now and the hotel offered nothing for compensation and honestly didnt even seem to care. Front desk told us he wasnt authorized to offer anything and told us to contact booking.com and complain, which is ridiculous. Their elevators are unsafe and Id never stay here again.

location was great, lobby and staff were nice. Room was a good size, bathroom super clean.
Get a bit of noise from the street, which might be an issue for some. I dont mind as its a part of city living. Bed was uncomfortable and furniture a bit outdated. if they modernised the furniture this place would be amazing.
