The hotel was charming and the staff were personable. I loved the attention to detail: the walking map, list of good places to eat, the gifts for first time guests, etc. What a wonderful and relaxing stay. 10 out of 10!! I recommend.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Tea, coffee and water in the room and an honesty bar downstairs. Good quality bathroom products.
It is quite expensive but the extra touches make it worth it.
The shower was tiny and difficult to turn around without turning off the water!

We couldnt have felt more welcome here and it made a special reunion even more lovely. The staff are fabulous and in particular Alessandra on reception was a delight from the minute we arrived to her goodbyes by our taxi on leaving - she didnt stop smiling. Often you write requests when booking a hotel but get the feeling that they remain unread. Hotel des Arts clearly had noted my request for our rooms to be close to each other and we were delighted to be upgraded at a very busy time. Very personal and sincerely friendly hotel. Cant fault it!

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Montmartre! The staff were so friendly and the rooms were very clean. Perfect location for this neighbourhood, only regret is not spending more nights here!!

The staff were amazing. They made us feel so welcome and when my friend was unwell they really went above and beyond to try and help us. The little extras such as free hot drinks also made a difference! Our view over the rooftops was incredible- could even see the Eiffel Tower. The location was also perfect, close to the metro and so many cafes, wine bars and shops.

Loved the location. A lot of things going on just close by. The staff gave us a list to tour the area and another with recommendations for restaurants, wine bars etc. close by. Staff were super friendly and helpful
The gym had dumbell weights, but were missing the bar.

The staff at the hotel were super friendly, always a cheerful greeting coming in and out and really good local recommendations. I hadn't expected great things from a hotel in a tourist area of Paris, but the hotel was lovely and thoroughly deserves all the excellent reviews.

Locations was great in the heart of Montmartre, close to many bakeries and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful, which always makes a huge impact on the overall experience. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. Room and the bathroom are small but sufficient for the purpose of our stay.

Great location for being near le Moulin Rouge and also near the metro. Cute patio for sitting outside our room in the late afternoon. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags and they delivered them to the room for us. Comfortable bed! Cute neighborhood too.

The hotel is beautiful and the location was fantastic. The atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming and the bedroom was very comfortable. All the staff were great but a special mention to Alessandra who assisted us with check in and check out. Fantastic stay. Well definitely be back in the future!

The location is great - near Sacr Couer, restaurants and supermarket a couple of minutes away, gift on arrival (which resulted in us going and buying some locally made fresh macaroons just down the street, staff were very helpful including letting us borrow an umbrella even though we were checked out! Breakfast was lovely and set us up well for a travelling day.
Rooms are not big (I know, this is Paris but we are tall Australians so just be aware and we made it work. Over bath shower - very modern and clean so no issues there, but also for people to be aware, and the lift is tiny - we had to do 2 trips with our luggage. There are also stairs which we used when checking out.
