Located very well in the center of the area and is able to accommodate all the local tours and the staff are very knowledgeable about the facilities around the area. It’s easy to just walk around and find something to do or places to eat.
The checkout policy is a little too strict. As in there would be somebody immediately waiting there for us to get out at the exact time that we are supposed to get out they should be at least a little bit of a buffer or some amount of extra time given, should it be needed in certain circumstances but that’s just nitpicking

It is a beautiful building, very well appointed and with a lovely bathroom with good bath products. They had plug adapters and lots of advice on things to do in Mountmartre

The staff is first class! They greeted us when we walked through the door and engaged with us anytime they saw us. They are friendly and always helpful.
The bathroom was very small. There is not much they can do about it but it was difficult to sit on the toilet because it was so close to the wall.

I have never had a better hospitality experience in my entire life. The staff was attentive, generous, and patient, accommodating all of our requests at all hours of the day and night. Despite being from the United States, and not having friends/family frequently traveling to Paris, we have been recommending this hotel to anybody that will listen!

FANTASTIC! We LOVED Hôtel des Arts Montmartre. The staff are the nicest I have ever experienced in France. The hotel's charming artsy decor, amenities, and fabulous Montmartre neighborhood location combined to create a perfect stay during our visit to Paris. We even arranged to come back to Hôtel des Arts Montmartre after a jaunt into the countryside. Perfect for couples or singles. We will come back here next time we visit Paris! Highly recommended! (Note that Montmartre is very hilly and requires comfort with walking up and down hills.)

Wonderful location in the heart of a trendy area. Shopping, cafes, pastry shops, restaurants -- all nearby. Wonderful staff. Complimentary cake and coffee. Great value.
Rooms are small. Upgrade to a larger room if there is more than one person staying. Some rooms have bathtubs which can be hard to get in and out of. Ask for a room with a shower.

The hotel was in a great location of Montmartre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great. I enjoyed being able to see Sacre Coeur from the window! I appreciated the room having water in a refillable bottle with directions of where to refill it, as well as the kettle and coffee/tea. The macarons were delicious as well.
My only complaints were not having a mirror outside of the bathroom, and the plug in the bathroom did not work to heat my flatiron.

Lovely boutique hotel, probably the nicest I stayed in Paris, in an excellent location, very close to both Abesses (funicular to Sacre Coeur) and Blanche (Moulin Rouge) metro stations, beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotless clean. The staff was helpful and more than nice. I took only an express breakfast, which was ok, because I wanted to try as many cafes and boulangeries and bistros and restaurants as possible. The area is full of restos, shops and souvenir shops, you have everything in the area. Also, by metro you can get everywhere you want in Paris. It was an excellent choice, the area is very picturesque, one of the nicest in Paris!

Wonderful
The staff were incredibly lovely and friendly, and the whole place truly feels like home. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. A very pleasant stay overall.
The room was extremely small, and the bathroom felt very tight and uncomfortable. However, the shower products were quite nice.
