Most of the receptionists, the first person a traveler encounters at a hotel, were outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As this hotel was at full capacity during our stay, staff was kept very busy and it is to their credit that they were always pleasant to one and all.
It was always nice to have complimentary cakes and refreshments in the dining room when one returned to the hotel at the end of the day.
We were not met at the train station upon arrival via Eurostar despite requesting it. Additionally, one staff member was very insistent on booking us a taxi to go the next day to downtown Paris during rush hour when we requested metro information. This same person also booked us on a private tour of Fontainebleau and was quite displeased when she was informed that we wanted to go on a group tour.
The very heavy use of air freshener in our room. Thankfully the front desk made sure that it was not used again in our room for the rest of our stay. I would suggest that it not be used so liberally in the lobby, hallways and common areas.
Even though we upgraded our room for a larger one, it was very snug.

Wonderful location, easy access to Metro & within walking distance to cafes & restaurants. Staff were friendly, professional & accommodating. The facility is meticulously clean & has a welcoming warm vibe. Will return in future visits to Paris…Highly recommend.

Excellent location in the heart of Montmartre. Near shops boulangeries and metro. Staff was SUPERB and took care of every need possible making for a memorable journey to this quint section of Paris.

I paid for full breakfast which was pricey because I only wanted juice, coffee and yogurt but they prepare everything fresh so I was ok with it for one night. My friends had the express breakfast for .9 euro which was coffee and crisssnts and liked it.

The staff is first class! They greeted us when we walked through the door and engaged with us anytime they saw us. They are friendly and always helpful.
The bathroom was very small. There is not much they can do about it but it was difficult to sit on the toilet because it was so close to the wall.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Artsy feel. There was an elevator and snacks and water in the restaurant area.
The room was small as most hotel rooms in older buildings are. Big luggage is not ideal.

Located in the delightful Abbesses area, a cute neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants, but out of the main rush of the center of Paris. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. Perfect stay!
