Very nice hotel near many cafés and restaurants in Montmartre. Friendly staff that helped us with questions, phoned taxi etc. If (when) we go back to Paris we will return!

Perfect! Gorgeous little gem of a hotel....booked for my daughter... she had a fantastic stay and felt safe and well looked by the staff ...so important as a solo traveller...so we are going in 2026....!

Great location, all the shops and facilities nearby in Montmartre makes it a wonderful little stay and you can get about on foot really easily
If you’re a light sleeper this place isn’t for you, we had a bedroom next to the street which was gorgeous to be able to open the window in the morning and evening but it made for a really noisy night sleep, it’s a cobbled street outside so naturally cars come down the street and it’s very noisy, and the walls inside aren’t super thick so you can hear every corridor door slam and cleaners early in the morning.

Most of the receptionists, the first person a traveler encounters at a hotel, were outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As this hotel was at full capacity during our stay, staff was kept very busy and it is to their credit that they were always pleasant to one and all. It was always nice to have complimentary cakes and refreshments in the dining room when one returned to the hotel at the end of the day.
We were not met at the train station upon arrival via Eurostar despite requesting it. Additionally, one staff member was very insistent on booking us a taxi to go the next day to downtown Paris during rush hour when we requested metro information. This same person also booked us on a private tour of Fontainebleau and was quite displeased when she was informed that we wanted to go on a group tour. The very heavy use of air freshener in our room. Thankfully the front desk made sure that it was not used again in our room for the rest of our stay. I would suggest that it not be used so liberally in the lobby, hallways and common areas. Even though we upgraded our room for a larger one, it was very snug.

Smiling faces with warm welcome, Assistance for every query in all possible ways. Property is gorgeous with incredible view of the city Cozy rooms with everything one would need. I loved the charcoal art hung in lobby presenting the city of Paris. Sparkling water tap… big cheer Thanks so very much for everything
