Wonderful
Most of the receptionists, the first person a traveler encounters at a hotel, were outstanding, very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As this hotel was at full capacity during our stay, staff was kept very busy and it is to their credit that they were always pleasant to one and all.
It was always nice to have complimentary cakes and refreshments in the dining room when one returned to the hotel at the end of the day.
We were not met at the train station upon arrival via Eurostar despite requesting it. Additionally, one staff member was very insistent on booking us a taxi to go the next day to downtown Paris during rush hour when we requested metro information. This same person also booked us on a private tour of Fontainebleau and was quite displeased when she was informed that we wanted to go on a group tour.
The very heavy use of air freshener in our room. Thankfully the front desk made sure that it was not used again in our room for the rest of our stay. I would suggest that it not be used so liberally in the lobby, hallways and common areas.
Even though we upgraded our room for a larger one, it was very snug.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Unique design with sitting area and free drinks/ honesty bar so you could relax. Unique room design and lovely faculties. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay for a joint birthday celebration. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering us a drink on arrival. Rooms were small but comfortable, with nice toiletries in the bathroom. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but enjoyed the honesty bar, which is a great idea. (We were also offered complimentary champagne).
Location is easy to get to from Gare du Nord, and we utilised the metro and bus network to other sights.
Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Paris (and we got tote bags when we departed !)
Rooms are small, but this is normal for Paris so not unexpected

Perfect for exploring Montmartre on foot and super convenient for metro to any of the other tourist attractions in Paris.
