The staff is first class! They greeted us when we walked through the door and engaged with us anytime they saw us. They are friendly and always helpful.
The bathroom was very small. There is not much they can do about it but it was difficult to sit on the toilet because it was so close to the wall.

Room sizes were very small, felt pretty cramped in the room and elevator both.

Lovely 4 star hotel in a good location. Lots of choices for eating out.
Would stay again but ask for a room with a street view, also some bathrooms are bigger than others and would be a problem for a larger person.

All of the staff are amazing, so friendly, helpful and attentive, always smiling and welcoming, with great ideas for local adventures. Location is wonderful and Hôtel perfectly clean and comfortable
Refreshments and drinks not available after 11pm but works on an honesty policy so understandable to clear away at that time

Very clean and well decorated. Fantastic location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Coukd not have been nicer. I would go back.
