Exceptional
The staff were all very thoughtful and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The locations was in a quite neighborhood, with easy access to subways and buses. I was able to relax in my air-conditioned room after a busy day exploring Paris.
The shower leaked, so had to ask for extra towels, which the staff kindly provided. Other than that, I was very pleased with the accommodations.

We originally booked a family room (family of 4 with two older teenagers). At check in, we were told there was a plumbing problem with the family room so the hotel offered two separate rooms immediately next to each other. We found this to be a thoughtful and conscientious alternative that offered even more privacy for our family without compromising security. We appreciated that the hotel would handle facilities interruptions in ways that favored the guests. The office staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. We were never a loss for comfort and the location was safe and quiet yet situated to allow us quick access to everywhere we wanted to be. I am so thankful to have found this home away from home in Paris and cannot wait to come back! Five stars!!

Delightful small hotel in Montparnasse area. Not close to centre but great neighbourhood with restaurants/shopping/cafes. Metro stops nearby
Liked the art everywhere & on the ceiling in room. Picked better room (typical not large) but had everything. Small bathroom. Good rain shower Very helpful staff who sorted minor issues very quickly.
Mattress not comfortable. Could use blinds as had nice view over street but meant you are ‘on view’ & closing curtains made it dark

Cute place but noisy- I could hear a drunk couple fighting in the floor above at 3 am. Beautiful street and well curated. I especially loved the staff.
It’s a little further out in the 6th then I would like. The prices have gone up a lot.

Located on a lovely side street with art-related - former art academy across thee street and Senellier down the street- beautifully designed in every aspect! Terrific breakfast and breakfast room with a view. Art making space, wonderful reception area and super helpful staff. Nicecrestsurants on the street too Snd flower shop St the head of the street. Room was spacious, light, with quintessential Parisian rooftop views from the window in the room and bathroom! Fridge and coffee maker too! Would have stayed longer!

The location is unbeatable, with many cafes and shops around the corner and only a short walk from Luxembourg Gardens. The hotel is also close to the metro. While the rooms are small, they are well kept and the artwork is very thoughtful. The staff were friendly and helped us book taxis. We loved it!
Nothing. The rooms are small, so it might be worth upgrading to one of the larger rooms if you have the budget. However, this did not bother us. It was wonderful.

Loved the central location close to Montparnasse and Jardin du Luxembourg. Charming hotel with cozy rooms with an excellent concierge and management. Rooms might feel tight for groups, but for double or solo travelers, I felt the space perfectly adequate.

The room was a little on the small side but that's normal for Europe. It was well appointed and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is located in a great area and I always felt safe when walking about at night there is a taxi stand one block away and the metro. I would definitely stay here again.
Not a lot of English speaking TV stations to choose from and new movie selections.

We truly had a wonderful time staying here! The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, big thanks to Amenie and the night-shift team (sorry, I forgot your names!). The hotel is nestled in a peaceful neighbourhood, just a lovely walk from the stunning Luxembourg Gardens. It’s a fantastic choice if you’re looking to stay a bit away from the busy tourist areas but still want easy access to everything the city offers (just a 3-minute walk to the subway station and of course, very bike-friendly) The hotel itself is charming, and we especially enjoyed the craft area where you can draw, so lovely.
The breakfast could offer a few more options, but it’s definitely a great way to start the day.

I liked the location, the ambiance and the breakfast :) You can drink your coffee at the lobby in silence. Air conditioner was working properly and there was a window in the bathroom which is really good for fresh air.
The radiator was blocking the toilet so it was a bit uncomfortable, there was a water leakage in the bathtub so whenever you take a shower the floors were wet. The water was also coming to the bedroom. The staff also know about this issue and they explained it to us that it was a design problem.

Very nice little hotel, cool art and super central location. Funky neighborhood vibe and nice hosts. Bed was very comfortable - just what I needed after a long adventure through the south of France.
Would have liked to know more about the connected restaurant space, wasn't sure if that was a separate space or part of the hotel and if so, if I could get some real coffee there :)
