Very Good
Very comfortable. Provided what we needed for sightseeing in Paris. Close to great cafe/restaurants & two metro stops. Breakfast good.
Room on small side but typical for Paris. A bit noisy outside at night. More fresh fruit & muesli needed at breakfast

Disappointing
The hotel is close to the many cafes and restaurants, the staff was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, I found out upon arrival that there was no air conditioning, which was very disappointing because the weather was quite hot. However, I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the hotel gave me a discount and included breakfast for us.
Not informing me that there was no air conditioning before my arrival so I could look for another hotel in advance.

The air conditioning wasn't working due to work in the building which went on longer than expected. However the rooms and breakfast room stayed cool so this was not a problem.
No air conditioning! But it was an exceptionally hot weekend for June.

Really fantastic location. Very sweet hotel. Very friendly staff.
Not being told about the extensive renovation works. Plastic protection over bedroom windows (so no view of anything). No air con. This should have been mentioned in advance.

Everything is perfect and clean but outside of the hotel is in construction , it’s bit dusty , the sink was leaking at the base , it’s not big deal. Very good in general

The staff were all excellent and had a great attitude.
The facilities were spot on - there was an issue with the ac when we arrived but the management was very gracious about it and gave us portable coolers.
Also, since there was renovation going on the management gave us free breakfast which was excellent- better than most paid breakfasts at other similar hotels.
Location was excellent with connections to tourist spots from two metros which are just 5-7 mins away from hotel.
A great experience - will definitely return here.
One of the two bedrooms we got was a bit too small to open two suitcases. But not a big issue.

Nice small hotel in a good area with lots of places to eat nearby. Room was good with a comfortable bed and facilities were very clean. Onsite restaurant that served breakfast was good.
I arrived early from overseas and the receptionist very kindly gave me early check in which was really appreciated.

This small boutique hotel is located right in the heart of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Paris. It is also easy access, a few steps from bus and metro stations. The room was quite spacious for Paris' standard. I must salute the incredible staff (pure gold), at the reception and for the breakfast (the sweetest staff ever). Great offering for the breakfast. Overall: A+++ and great value.
Book it if you haven't yet.

Very clean and neat. Very friendly and helpful staff. They all speak English which is very helpful for tourists like us.
The hotel is very close to the metro and has a lot of cafes around for dining in or take aways.
The hotel breakfast is decent but basic so can be skipped as the cafes and bakeries around are very good.
We had a very pleasant overall stay. The check in check out was also very smooth.

The location is perfect for exploring and being close to lovely restaurants and shops.
The lift was out of service while we were there and we were staying on the second floor with a baby and pram.
Not ideal for us but less ideal for anyone with mobility issues, I don’t think they should have let it be out of service so such a long period of time.
The room was meant to be superior size but was still fairly small

Staff extremely helpful and kind. Great location in quiet side street in a bustling area with a short walk uphill to Pigalle and Montmartre. Quadruple room clean, stylish and unexpectedly spacious for Paris standards.
