Location. Family room. Late checkout. 24/7 reception. Safe box. Nice brand of toiletries in the bathroom. Staff.
Coffee machine in the room didn’t work (yet it looked new). Having to hand over the room key to reception each time we went out. Only 1 key per room (we had a family room).

Room was compact and well equipped - kettle, tea, coffee etc. Spacious bathroom with toiletries. Very clean. Helpful reception staff. Very good location near metro. Plenty of restaurants and shops in immediate area. Only 20 minute walk to airport bus stop, which can also be reached easily by metro, 5 minute walk away.

Cleanliness and location
Not comfortable bed, tiny shower, and bad breakfast. The beds are so small - double beds only (not queen size) which are too small for 2 adults. Shower is so small you will hit your elbow on walls when taking a shower. Breakfast has stale/old bread and the same choices everyday even the eggs that came from boxes not from real eggs. Only black filter coffee is served no option for anything else. Not worth getting breakfast here.

location suited me perfectly. room is comfortable. small but functional. hotel staff was very friendly and serviceable. small hotel with limited amenities but good enough value in this location in Paris.
elevator is a bit slow, breakfast is ok. room is a bit simple.
