The room was spotless, and we had room with three beds, which offered ample space for the both of us.
The mattress was a bit too hard, and it would have been nice to have two pillows each, but the sheets were soft and clean.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman at the front desk. There was a small problem when the receptionist told us that we had not paid for our accommodation, even though we had paid about a month in advance. Fortunately, he soon found out we had paid for it and apologized (problems happen and since the gentleman was very nice, I quickly forgot about it). The day we arrived we booked a taxi for the next day and when we got in the taxi the next morning the new receptionist gave us tips on how not to get scammed by the taxi driver (the other receptionist was also great and thank you both very much). Unfortunately with these two receptionists the lovely thing ended.
After two great receptionists, the worse ones came, they were sullen, almost didn't even say hello. When I went to the front desk on the second to last day to order a taxi, I had to wait about 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish his call with his friend. Unfortunately he didn't complete this call and left his phone lying on the reception desk, when his friend could have listened to where we needed to be taken etc. It was not pleasant.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice now. Its conveniently located, is comfortable and has friendly staff.
The elevator is incredibly small. Its certainly a novel experience.

Perfect location close to Notre Dame, 2 secure car parks close by. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean rooms.
Mattress was Exceedingly firm, which caused a few back-pain issues, it was the only let down as everything else was really good

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Location is great and super central with loads of restaurants and bars nearby
They are renovating the facade and workers began drilling into the wall at 8am. So my first weekend away from my 9 month old resulted in being woken up by builders right outside our window drilling and shouting. I would not have stayed at the hotel would I have known and I would at least expect a cheaper rate for room with bedroom window right next to the work being undertaken

Nicely furnished rooms and beds super comfortable. Enjoyed having the large windows to open and look out over Paris. Breakfast was much better than expected. Very convenient location. Basically liked everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Employee of breakfast area is super active and working to keep everything perfect.
Windows are single glass and not sound proof, so you will hear the street noises.

Great location, warm greeting on arrival, 24 hour lobby reception, had a room opposite of main boulevard which was quiet for sleeping, clean and comfortable, liked that we could get glasses of cold filtered water in lobby

Big windows. Comfortable bed. Close to many Latin Quarter sites.
The smell of the bathroom pipes at night unfortunately. But thats the only complaint.
