Good quality bread and patisserie for breakfast
The room smelled of cigarettes. The automatic bathroom light stopped working and there was a water leak from bathroom ceiling. WiFi signal did not reach top floor room so had to go down to reception area to have WiFi.

The position was very convenient and at walking distance from the train station.
We asked for a baby cot when we booked it and it wasn’t in the room as expected. The staff member on shift couldn’t find it and when he found it, he could not find the matress. So my baby had to sleep on a pile of sheets. He could not sleep between me and my partner because the double bed was actually made of two single beds that separated super easily. The breakfast was also pretty disappointing.

Family with 3 kids, we all had plenty of space on the top floor room, had an amazing view of Eifel tower from the roof window. Room was clean, warm, plenty of blankets and towels.
Liked the old spiral staircase leading to the 6th floor
In the breakfast area both mornings we were there seen some cockroaches

Friendly staff newly renovated hotel not far from buss and Metero the main station is Cadet also you can take bus 26 to Saint Azare shopping and walk down to the grand magazine area take Metro 7 to the Louvre

The Location is very good. Literally a few steps away from M7 metro and quite close to Gare de l'Est e Gare du Nord.
The room was not very clean.
