Small, very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk and throughout. Very good breakfast. A young man offered to carry our breakfast tray up to our room one morning when we decided to have breakfast in our room.

Very cozy and quirky room with great bed and shower and they’d made a big effort to celebrate my birthday which I really appreciated. Lovely balcony to overlook the street and Paris rooftops

This hotel was in a wonderful location and had a good AC system which we surprisingly needed due to hot temps in April. Staff was very friendly and checked us in a bit early. The bed was comfy. It was very clean and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day of sightseeing. Location was right next to a metro stop and a 15 minute walk to Montmatre and a 30 minute walk to the Seine, etc. Also near a nice park. Very safe neighborhood. We only had breakfast one day and it was a very nice buffet and the food was good. Also lots of restaurants in the area.
Like lots of Parisian hotels, the room was small, so we couldn't really unpack most of our things and the bathroom door was more like a closet door. It would also have been good to know that we had to call the front desk to get our AC to work but then it worked very well. Breakfast buffet was expensive so we generally ate at nearby cafes.

Everything - the staff were awesome, the room was cosy, had everything you needed- bed was so comfortable and the pillows were out of this world. Breakfast was lovely and had something for everyone. Their attention to detail was superb. Would I recommend it? Absolutely

From the moment I arrived, the staff were just so warm and attentive, it really made a difference. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The hotel itself was really nice, too. The room was great. But what really stood out was the staff and how dedicated they were. They were always ready to help with anything, and always with a smile.
One thing I really appreciated was when I had to leave super early. The hotel staff made sure I had some coffee ready, even before breakfast started. That's what I call going the extra mile!

Location is great. Will form far due nord then you have plenty of restaurants nearby
The room and cleaned and apparently I didn’t or did clock a light? Not very clear tbh. Also we had a terrible recommendation for dinner ~ my fault not theirs so much tbh

Everything was perfect at this hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy—I could feel the hospitality in every small detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends, and I’d love to come back in the future. The hotel is located within a 13-minute walk from Gare du Nord.
I didn’t give a ten simply because I haven’t received my deposit back yet, although the staff did inform me of the return date.
