Very clean, helpful staff, around the corner from Cadet metro stop on the line that does directly to the Louvre, with easy transfers to all other major sights. Room was moderate size, very functional and clean and breakfast was a good meal to start the day

The two best things about the hotel were the location and the staff. The staff were very polite, positive, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, perfectly positioned between the city center (Louvre) and the train station. The metro is just a few minutes away, as are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants. Despite this convenience, the area is surprisingly quiet, with hardly any noise. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches: the welcome drinks offered by staff, complimentary candies, and other amenities provided in the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows. I slept like a baby and actually tried to find the brand so I could buy the same ones for home, though unfortunately I couldn't locate them. Another highlight was the room's ambience. With books and art throughout, it felt more like a room in a stylish apartment than a typical hotel room. The TV was also much larger than what I'm used to in European hotels. The room was pleasantly quiet as well. We didn't hear any noise from inside the building or from the street outside.
I don't have any major complaints, but there are several areas that could be improved, some relatively easy fixes, others more challenging. First, the room is quite compact. While not extremely small, there isn't much space to move around comfortably. What puzzled me most was the bathroom setup. The door looks like a closet door and is positioned very close to the head of the bed. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem, except that the door consists of two panels that don't connect properly, leaving a gap between them. This means you can see into the bathroom from the room and vice versa. Obviously, this doesn't block any sounds or odors either, making it uncomfortable for everyone when someone needs to use the toilet—especially if the other person is on the bed nearby. I also wasn't fully satisfied with the housekeeping. When we arrived, the sink was full of standing water, though we're not sure why. The soap dispenser was empty and remained unfilled even on the second day. Additionally, my mom had hung her shower towel on the door, and housekeeping placed my used towel on top of hers. I'm not sure why they would hang two used towels on top of each other rather than replacing them.

The hotel in itself is nice, but the fact that I had to contact the hotel staff so many times for them to return my preauthorisation deposit is just unacceptable. They simply ignored all my inquiries about when will I receive my deposit back so I had to contact my bank and ask them to help. Wouldn’t recommend at all as I’ve seen other people had the same issues

The room was spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated the thoughtful décor — from the artwork to the little vases, and the cute tote bag!! Every detail felt curated and stylish.
It is a bit on the pricey side, but you truly get what you pay for — including a beautiful Parisian balcony that made the stay feel extra special.

Front Desk staff is Kind, Compassionate and do their very best to help you out. We loved the location cleanliness and the bakery around the corner. I would highly recommend this establishment.

The air conditioning panel was in the room but in reality it was being controlled downstairs by hotel staff. The room got very warm. When called downstairs to inquire about the temperature the staff was helpful and with time the temperature was nice. Prior to my stay I was contacted via what’s app by a fraudulent account to confirm my credit card. This is extremely concerning to me but the staff didn’t seem bothered by it. This should be addressed so that not other guests are impacted/ get hacked. I’ve never experienced anything of this sort so I was pretty upset about it.
