The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was ideal. The included breakfast was just right, not too much food and the quality was good.
It would have been nice to have a larger lounging area to come back from your excursions to sit and relax.

Location is superb and the room is compact but comfortable. The staff are excellent and very welcoming and helpful.
Honestly once you get past Paris prices - it’s the perfect base to explore Paris - it’s a small hotel but close to where we like visiting.

It delivered on all fronts, the welcome was very warm and helpful. We were very well looked after. They made us feel very welcome and there were nice extra touches.
It would have been nice to have a bit more room around the bed but it didn’t deter from the overall experience

Boutique hotel with a great location just off Rue Rivoli and across the street from the Tuileries. Room was rather small (as expected for Paris) but efficiently designed. Well appointed with a comfortable bed, quiet and very clean. Staff all were very friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently.
Rather pricey for the room size, but you’re paying for the location. Including breakfast would have been nice.

Second visit to this charming hotel which stands on a quiet side street a few minutes walk from The Louvre. My stay was faultless which was reflected by the 10/10 I provided for location, cleanliness, staff etc. Am so glad I returned. Highly recommend.

Hotel was fine, nice location, we were able to leave luggage before check in and were offered to leave them after check out. Rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly.
I was very disappointed by the hotel’s payment practices. The booking terms stated "no prepayment needed", yet the hotel placed a €317 pre-authorization hold on my card for 3 weeks before my arrival. The hold was only released after check-out, meaning my funds were blocked for 3 weeks IN ADDITION to the payment made on site. To be clear: this was not a temporary hold instead of payment, but an additional hold running alongside the full cost of the stay, which temporarily tied up over €600 of my funds. I strongly advise future guests to be aware that their funds may be frozen well in advance, despite what the booking conditions suggest.

The staff, although I chose it blind for its location to Museums. Every concierge was excellent. They found several great restaurants that we enjoyed. They have a lovely breakfast where Sayah is very attentive.
