Very nice hotel at a great location. Metro around the corner, but also enough to do and see close to the hotel
Nothing to complain about.

Loved the atmosphere about the hotel. I actually loved the lift of the hotel. Just placed near the stair case. It's a lift for three people but dont let that put you off. It felt like one of those vintage lifts from many centuries. And it suited the hotel well.
There is nothing to like it was all amazing. Maybe add a little biscuits or something with the coffee and tea you leave in the room.

Wonderful
My family and I stayed there for one night this past week. We have two small children, and the hotel staff was super kind to all of us, and especially with them. The hotel itself is very cute and welcoming; the rooms are small (please consider carefully if you are on the larger or taller side and sharing a bed with someone) but very well appointed and decorated. We enjoyed our stay are very appreciative of the wonderful staff who were super helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat, shop, and how to get places. Would definitely stay there again. We had two rooms for four people, with one queen bed each.
The shower stall itself is exceptionally tiny, making it difficult to maneuver even for myself (a 5'1 height woman) - but other than that the bath products, the thoughtful touches including water carafe in the room and welcome note in the hotel room itself were super cute.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on the 5th floor and this room is amazing if you’re traveling with a kid!! Nice sized fold out bed with a door as an option in between the spaces which is so great to let them fall asleep earlier. The bathroom has a separate bathtub & full sized shower, bathrobes, and slippers which is SO nice to unwind at the end of the day. Treetop and beautiful city views on both sides. Tons of closet space! This hotel has nice touches all around that make your stay comfortable like spa water at the front desk and a very high quality breakfast spread. This location felt very safe, quiet, and super close to the metro. We loved our stay!!

Poor
The room is extremely tiny. No fridge. The air conditioner was not cold enough to counteract the heat. A staff member tried to open my room at 2:30 in the morning, and when I called the reception, they told me that he was looking for his wife. I was terrified because I asked who it was, and the person just kept trying to open the door. When I tried to communicate my concerns to one of the staff members, he said, "Why would you be scared? There is nothing to be scared of" he was dismissive of my concerns. I couldn't fall asleep after that, and I also placed a chair behind the door. I don't recommend staying at this hotel at all.

Poor
I have been to Paris six times and this was my most disappointing experience. The hotel itself is fine and it works. It’s in a quiet area. It’s obviously small, but the room sizes are listed online. The service is also fine - everyone was kind.
Here are my two main concerns, number one being the most important:
1) our hotel room bathroom had black mold in it. I noticed a smell in the shower on day two but thought it was simply humidity. On day 3-4 I realized that the smell was in fact mold. I looked further and could actually see black mold. The smell got worse and worse over the four days. What really got me was the fact that it started causing cold-like/allergy-type symptoms for me. I thought I was allergic to something for the first two days but then realized my symptoms were completely consistent with black mold exposure. My eyes are stinging, I’m sniffly and congested, and having headaches. I told the hotel as soon as I realized the night before checkout. No one replied. Then at check out I told them again, and they essentially said that they would credit me my coffee cost (….) and that I should have told them sooner. When I explained how I didn’t put two and two together until day 3, and that I messaged as soon as I realized, they couldn’t offer any help. Completely unacceptable. In any event, they told me the hotel was fully booked when we checked in so I don’t know what they would have done?
2) the hotel hallways (“hallways”) and staircase are very dark and depressing. There’s basically no light, which is not great especially in June which is such a lovely sunny time in Paris.
Ultimately, it’s a sleep-able place, but NOT worth the health impact.
