Location is really great - Super easy to catch the metro. We used the airport shuttle service and that was really nice.
The A/C wasn't working properly. We has to call staff to help fix it multiple times. It was in Juli so A/C was very much needed. The bathroom was kinda tiny. Our room was by the elevator at we could easily hear other guests.

Location was perfect for our early train trip from St Lazare, just across the road. Very nice room with a great view of the square & attentive staff.
Room & lift were very tiny but just fine for one night.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, tea and coffee provided. Very close to Saint Lazare station. One staff member we encountered spoke good English and was helpful.
We were told the hotel was a 5 minute walk from Saint Lazare station, but as first-timers in Paris, we had no idea the train stations were so huge, multi-level, and many different entrance/exit points, it took us a long time to navigate our way out of the station, so it would have been helpful if this had been mentioned to us. Most of the hotel staff did not speak much English, so communication was difficult and confusing. We shouldn't have assumed that people spoke English like they do in the Netherlands. A lot of learning curves for us.

The location is great and quality of rooms equal to price.
We stayed in this hotel for the second time and the room this time was smaller which wasn’t very convenient for two people. But still good for short stay.

Great location- easy walk to Gare st lazare and galleries la Fayette and all the shops and eating places in between. Staff were very helpful - keeping my luggage safe for a day trip to bayeux. The accommodation is great for being out and about and coming back to sleep- a base for exploring Paris
