Friendly staff. Excellent location.
Lobby area was under construction and smelled. Hallway carpets were filthy. Door was broken and very hard to open.

We were very pleased that we chose the hotel. Hygiene, location and breakfast were perfect. We would like to thank Mr. Sezar, who welcomed us with a smiling face at the evening reception, for his interest and pleasant conversation. If I travel to Paris again, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very spacious room and bathroom for Paris!
Prime location
The hotel appears to be at the back end of renovation, strong smell of paint in the lobby and corridors.

We were upgraded and had a large, well appointed and excellent room. The location near Place de la Concorde was perfect. Breakfast was fine. The staff were very helpful in ordering us a taxi.
The hotel didn't have any facilities apart from a breakfast room.

Staff was very friendly.
Hotel was dated. Room did not have any towels at check in. Hallway carpets are really worn in spots. Breakfast was $25 euros per person!

Location is near to all important attractions,
Room was clean and had view on Japan embassy,
Hotel is renewing everything thing inside ( decoration and furniture bathrooms etc ) so everything is pretty much on perfect shape , staff is very very nice and friendly and try to help.
Elevator sometimes doesnt come fast but thats ok since I was on 2nd floor

Disappointing
The location was fabulous- on a lovely street with a short walk to the place de concord and attractions. As far as location goes it was as expected. We were on a street with lots of fashion house stores - Channel, Yves St Laurent which provided an interesting walk to Le Louvre. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Walking distance of Metro. 9/10 for location. The bed was large and comfy.
We arrived into the entrance hall that was under going refurbishment and was shabby looking and noisy. The entrance hall provided little room for guests arriving and leaving. Limited seats for people who were checking in with lots of baggage. The corridors to bedrooms looked tired and certainly not of the standard expected of a 4 star. The room was small and very basic. Could have been cleaner- under beds and corners of the room had been missed. We did not try breakfast as it did not present as a welcoming option and did not want to chance disappointment. Our room looked onto other rooms in close proximity. There was not terrace or outside seating area. I asked for milk for the room and was told that there was only enough milk provided to the hotel for breakfast! This was a 3 star at best and would then need improvement. The hotels saving grace was it was in a perfect location but it could really do better.

I didn't like the fact that i was informed 4 minutes before my arrival that my reservation was canceled due to a problem with your site. Never the less they found me another room in a different hotel.

Location was very good for our visit
We sent a request on booking for a best room with a nice view but got a room on the side street with no real view and the room smelt badly of stail cigarettes and of smoke which was not good
We said it was for a special occasion but the room was disappointing
