Decent well presented breakfast
Nice room
Empty fridge in the room useless
No food anytime but breakfast and at breakfast you cannot have guests
You can hear people flushing the toilet quite loudly and any water running can be heard very loud so I was awoken very early every night
Internet is not great
Won’t be back nothing special albeit rooms look cute the noise when people flush and shower is very loud and annoying

The rooms were adorable, exactly what you think of when you think Paris, overlooking the Eiffel tower.
The shower was a bit tight and without a door or shower curtain water went everywhere.

Breakfast was lovely, warm pastries! Location was central enough without noise, was easy to get to all destinations! The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! And the staff were brilliant, very kind and helpful!
There were a few stains/marks in the room (not many), the shower was also alittle older/worn, and the view wasn’t spectacular but that I’m sure can be amended through booking!

Everything! Staff were very friendly, rooms were beautiful, the downstairs area was welcoming, clean and pretty. We had a view of the Eiffel tower which was lovely. The area was very pretty, and quiet at night. Very highly recommend.

The hotel is cute and it was a in convenient location for my purpose
The bathroom has a glass door that doesn't close properly, rather acts like a curtain, which can be a bit awkward if you're more than one person in the room. For the price we paid it was a bit lacking.

Nice area, felt very residential, very safe and clean and plenty of facilities.
Beautiful hallways, very comfortable beds.
Small things which could have made it a lot better, maintenance jobs, cupboard doors not closing, no hooks to hang anything on including towels n the bathroom.
Shower over bath did not have much to hold onto getting out and a bit slippy on the base. Not much of a welcome from staff.

The property was ideally located and the staff were extremely friendly.
Though the elevator was not working on the second day, the staircase was okay.
Breakfast was very good.
The room had a beautiful view, big bath tub and beautifully decorated.
There were stains on the carpet and the bedding but the place was clean.
There was a bit of damage in the walls but nothing that would impact our stay. The place was clean, the staff were friendly and the place was very welcoming.
