My friend became unwell during our stay and required a room for 6 hours- she was charged the 24 hour rate and was denied access to lobby and bathroom to take medication. I had recommended this hotel to my friends having stayed previously due to staff attitude I would never stay here again.

Me and my mom visited Paris last week and stayed at this hotel. From the moment we entered and till the end of our stay-we had the best experience. The staff were always helpful, nice and professional. Rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. It is quiet and beautifully. Will definitely be back!

Metro and RER very close, quiet location, easy to reach. Comfortable beds and helpful staff.
The bathroom and toilets could have been more comfortable, modern and with handles to help older people. There was nothing to put used towels to dry.

I would like to highlight that the location is convenient, especially if you are attending events at the Palais des Congrès, with easy access to the metro for visiting Paris. The breakfast was also good and offered a nice variety.
I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. The room (number 85) was quite different from the photos shown on Booking and on the hotel’s website, starting with the size. The Booking app indicated that a “Classic” room would have around 19 m², but this room felt significantly smaller. In addition to its limited size, the furniture made the space feel even more cramped, leaving very little room for luggage and personal belongings.
Another important point is that room 85 is located on the 8th and top floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor. This detail was not mentioned at the time of booking and would have been important to know in advance.
The bathroom included a bathtub, but it was not practical for taking a standing shower, as water would easily spill and wet the entire bathroom.
The curtains did not block out the light properly (photo).
The room faced the inner courtyard, and being on the top floor, we could hear pigeons quite clearly. In general, the soundproofing is weak, and noise from neighboring rooms is noticeable.
In summary, while the location and breakfast are positive aspects, the room itself did not meet expectations based on the information and images provided online.

Fabulous location for us as we were attending a show in the 17th.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, very calm, has lovely original features, is modern, clean and bright.
The staff were all very impressive. They were friendly and welcoming and looked after us so well.
Breakfast was fresh, beautifully served, had a decent variety of hot and cold choices and the room was delightful.
We didn't like having to leave!

This was my second stay. The staff is always nice, the rooms are beautiful, clean, toiletries are Nuxe although not refillable. The location is perfect if you know your way around Paris, bus and subway close by
Everything else. I don’t remember being this loud the first time, you can hear everything at all hours, the staff, other guests, it was impossible to get a full night of sleep, the noises start super early too. They offer free ear plugs but I don’t see this as a solution
The room doesn’t have blackout curtains so it gets fully light at 6:00 am or whatever time the sun rises
The cleaning team is very insistent and don’t speak english at all which I understand but working in a hotel the basic is needed
I was interrupted while I was on a meeting 3 times cause the cleaning lady didn’t understand that I was telling her that I was on a work call.
They also didn’t restock toilet paper or tissues until I asked
Maintenance came twice for inspections too
I will not be returning nor I recommend it

Location was a bit further out but if you were happy to walk it was a pleasant saunter to main sights of Paris. Rooms well worth it.
Breakfast service could have been improved. Quickly ran out of options & reduced staff made it hard to do everything being just 1 person.
