Elevator was tiny, old, cramped, and broke down on the day we left. Fortunately, we were not in it when it stopped working.

The rooms were adorable, exactly what you think of when you think Paris, overlooking the Eiffel tower.
The shower was a bit tight and without a door or shower curtain water went everywhere.

Quiet location with nearby parks, restaurants, and public transport, view of shady street from room. Good breakfast in lovely dining area in comfortable lobby.
More outlets in room. Pillows too stuffed and hard (why I bring my own) and no top sheet- just comforter with duvet that could not be pulled up from fitted corners.

Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Our room was fairly small but clean and practical. Enjoyed the bath tub after full day of sightseeing. Good breakfast to prepare you for the busy day. Super friendly , smiling staff ready to help.
Room could be somewhat bigger.

Nice location near metro station. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. Room spacious with all needed in it, cleaned every day, tea and coffee refilled daily. Breakfasts same every day but all fresh and tasty.

Wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It’s also very convenient, as it’s near different bus stations, the metro, and the tram. Highly recommend!

The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the premises. All the questions I asked were thoroughly answered and all the points were made clear (they even gave me a physical map ?). The location was safe and gave us a comfortable distance from all the touristy areas and all the noises that the football fans made. Overall a great experience, I think I found myself a home away from home in Paris.

The staff was awesome! We encountered 6 different front desk personnel during our 5 day stay and each of them were remarkable. Friendly, courteous, went out of their way to assist. For this reason alone, Ivwould stay there again!
As an American, it would have been nice to have movies and television offered in English, as my French is somewhat limited. There were only three channels offered in English and they were all news channels. Not a deal breaker by any means, it would have just been a nice offering.
