Me and my mom visited Paris last week and stayed at this hotel. From the moment we entered and till the end of our stay-we had the best experience. The staff were always helpful, nice and professional. Rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. It is quiet and beautifully. Will definitely be back!

Disappointing
This was my second stay. The staff is always nice, the rooms are beautiful, clean, toiletries are Nuxe although not refillable. The location is perfect if you know your way around Paris, bus and subway close by
Everything else. I don’t remember being this loud the first time, you can hear everything at all hours, the staff, other guests, it was impossible to get a full night of sleep, the noises start super early too. They offer free ear plugs but I don’t see this as a solution
The room doesn’t have blackout curtains so it gets fully light at 6:00 am or whatever time the sun rises
The cleaning team is very insistent and don’t speak english at all which I understand but working in a hotel the basic is needed
I was interrupted while I was on a meeting 3 times cause the cleaning lady didn’t understand that I was telling her that I was on a work call.
They also didn’t restock toilet paper or tissues until I asked
Maintenance came twice for inspections too
I will not be returning nor I recommend it

The staff were nice and friendly. And they gave us an early check in which I appreciated.
It’s very tired. I didn’t feel like it was very clean. The room was incredibly tiny and although the hotel has an elevator our room was on the 8th floor, and I had to carry my suitcase through the staircase..

The hotel is comfortable and beautiful. I lived in room amazing french vintage style room. The piano in the lobby is YAMAHA and pianists can play during their stay. The stuff was very nice. Very valuable xperience. Hotel has great wiev of Eiffel tower and Paris.

During this trip to Europe, I stayed at six different hotels, and this one was by far the best.
The room was just the right size—neither too large nor too small. The décor had a French flair, and was both elegant and stylish. Looking out of the window, you could see the Eiffel Tower. The staff were professional and friendly, and there was a complimentary breakfast on offer—the most varied and best I had during my entire trip to Europe. It’s close to the metro station, just an 8-minute walk away.

Nice and cosy property in a good location. Super nearby to buses and metro station which makes easy to reach any point of the city.
It has all you need, it is clean, cosy and the staff is nice and welcoming.

We stayed on the 4th floor. our daughters stayed in a more updated room with wood floors and large bathroom. Our room was a bit more dated with carpet on the floor and the toilet in a separate area but still a very good sized room.
The location was a bit further away from the Arc de Triomph than i anticipated

Elevator was tiny, old, cramped, and broke down on the day we left. Fortunately, we were not in it when it stopped working.

Wonderful
Would recommend the hotel to family and friends. Our room was fairly small but clean and practical. Enjoyed the bath tub after full day of sightseeing. Good breakfast to prepare you for the busy day. Super friendly , smiling staff ready to help.
Room could be somewhat bigger.

Lovely hotel and room, we got a view of the Eiffel Tower which was really special. Big and comfortable king size bed. Really nice area although a bit further out of the centre.
Thin walls, we could hear the people in the room next to us so recommend bringing ear plugs.
