The hotel was really nice in general. The staff were lovely , really welcoming and helpful ! There was pasties on arrival and beautiful piano. It was v. Close to the metro, and the location was central enough but nice and quiet too.
The room was not the cleanest and there was mould all over the walls in the bathroom. We asked for the cleaner to come and look at it but it wasn't removed. The room was quite small (despite being given a free upgrade for a bigger room - which we were v. Grateful for).

The staff was amazing, room was superb, location was great! Check in and out was quick and easy and even had our room ready before check in time.
