Nice hotel, nice room. But cold. They did not have the heat on and the room was too cold. We told them but they just said "We have not turned on heat yet". :) So room stayed cold.

This was a gem of a pretty and the Staff were absolutely wonderful. we began a three week vacation with two days in paris and somehow lu led into this hotel really by accident, but we are glad we did. Thanks to Johannis’ for such an inviting and welcoming spirit! If western paris again we will stay there. .

Friendly front desk staff — they went out of their way to bring us some comfort after the disappointing experience. I also liked the design of the common spaces and a nice view over the rooftops.
Overall, the room we stayed in seemed forgotten — not renovated or maintained well, lacking in decor compared to other spaces in the hotel.
— Room lacked adequate lighting. No ceiling light and bras/ table lamps couldn’t provide enough light.
— The enamel on the bathtub is chipped and seemed to be painted over with white paint which was also faking. Because of that I couldn’t use it as it seemed unhygienic.
— Bath is poorly designed. There’s only a bathtub and no shower. So when you do shower, the floor becomes one big puddle.
— USB charger next to the bed didn’t work
And many-many small things that you don’t expect to see in a 5* hotel: dirty ceiling in the bathroom, weird electrical cable sticking out from the floor next to the bath, paper cups instead of proper glasses for tooth brushes, no hair conditioner, uneven wall socket (poorly installed), paper sign in the toilet to wash down only toilet paper makes it feel like a public bathroom. Garbage bag and cleaning supplies were left next to the elevator on our floor.
Overall, was quite disappointed as it was a romantic anniversary getaway for us. The staff did what they could, but the room clearly needs some work. So I’d recommend to avoid the attic room.

The location was great , staff polite and efficient.The room was spacious and clean. Staff were also very knowledgeable about the area and were keen to ensure that theyre attention to detail extended further than just the room and were on hand to suggest great restaurants and cultural things to do whilst in Paris.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location just off the Champs-Élysées at the Arc de Triomphe end. Very friendly helpful staff and low key atmosphere with only 18 rooms/suites makes it a lovely calm base in the centre of the hectic city.
No dining room, so their very nice breakfast is taken at the small lounge tables.

Wonderful
Quiet and well located hotel. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was lovely and spacious.
The seating for breakfast was a little compromised with some low tables.
