Location was excellent and staff was brilliant
Room was too dark and no point in having a balcony so dark there was no point in using. Too much artificial light which impacted your mood.

Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. Room was beautiful, and the bottle of champagne upon arrival a nice and unexpected surprise. Location was great for exploring shops, restaurants, etc. Very quiet room, never heard distracting sounds at night.
Breakfast was buffet style with a wide selection of options though the scrambled eggs were soupy. But in all a good breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay! The welcome from the front desk and the owner was incredibly warm and made us feel right at home from the start. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
We especially appreciated the local tips and excellent restaurant recommendations—they really helped us discover places we wouldn’t have found on our own. The location is also perfect for exploring Paris, with easy access to key sights and public transport.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Paris!
The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s quite typical for Paris, and they are very clean and well-maintained. Overall, a lovely experience

The hotel was excellent, very quirky and full of character. Although the room was quite small and had an internal balcony, the bed and shower were exceptional. All of the staff were very attentive and nothing was beyond them...altogether a great place to stay.

Best location for access to all sites and very safe
amenities available when booked through booking.com.
I did not realize the spa experience was included with my room selection and therefore did not bring a bathing suit. However, there was no time for a spa experience when there was so much to discover and enjoy in Paris

change of room and upgrade. Prosecco and macaroons were a lovely surprise.

Staff at the hotel are very good and very friendly. The location is exceptional, about a ten min walk to the Louve and very close to some nice resterants etc.
Very little that I can write about not liking. The hotel was very central etc. The only negitive I could say would be that the rooms were a little small but in the centre of Paris, I'd expect this
